The Palapa RV Beach Resort Rules and Regulations

 

  • Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. If you need an earlier arrival please call us to see if we can accommodate that. We will if space is available.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based upon the condition or for any reason.
  • All RVs and Motorhomes must be licensed and have current registration. 
  • No tent camping is allowed
  • Licensed motorcycles are allowed in the park
  • Golf Carts are allowed but must be properly operated at all times
  • All RVs must have a proper electrical SO cord and sewer hose seal
  • Only one camping unit per site
  • Rates are based on 4 Guests per RV, additional guests must be approved prior to the reservation and a fee will be charged for each approved guest.  This is based on availability.  Please check with management if you want more than 4 at your site.
  • Pet Policy - 1 pet maximum. Additional pets require prior approval.  We do not accept any aggreessive breeds. No exceptions. 
  • Dogs that bark incessantly are not allowed
  • Pets may not be kept in cages outside of the RV without supervision
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times and never left unattended. 
  • OWNERS MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS and dispose of the waste in the dumpster
  • A pet walking area is located to the rear of the campground
  • Quiet time in the park is 9 pm to 8 am. If anyone can hear your music after 9 pm, then its too loud
  • 4 Wheelers, Golf Carts, etc. are not to be driven on the grass
  • Children shall be supervised at all times.  Children are not allowed anywhere without an adult with them.
  • Any cars/trucks parked at the campsite must be completely off the road. Additional parking is available at the RV park. Under no circumstances shall any campsite have more than 2 vehicles in the RV park. 
  • The Palapa RV Beach Resort is NOT responsible for any accidents
  • The Palapa RV Beach Resort Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime
  • Cancellations happen.  30 days or more you will pay a cancellation fee of $25, 30 days or less notice there is no refund.  We are a small park and book up quickly.
  •  All payments are due upon receipt and in advance of your stay. A late fee will be assessed per day until payment is made ($10 to $55/day) You may pay online, in the office, or by check in the lockbox located at the bottom of the stairs at the clubhouse.
