Cancellation Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
 

For Rv Parking: 
Before 30 Days: Refund less $50 cancellation fee OR full refund issued in camp credit
Inside 30 days: 50% of reservation is a cancellation fee and the remainder is issued in camp credit
2 WEEKS or less: Full reservation forfeited or can select other like rate days, but new reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.  See notes below. 

Snowbird  and Monthly cancelations:

Before 30 days a Refund less $100 for 1month reservation, $250 for 2+ months cancellation fee.                                                                                                                                       Inside 30 days a Refund less $500 cancellation fee.                                                                                                                                                           2 Weeks or less: Refund minus first month forfeited.                                                                                                                                                   

Note: If needing to cancel inside 14 days and booked less than 28 days we do allow you to move your dates to another time to prevent a loss of money. If new dates are during peak season or at a higher rate than originally booked, the difference In cost would be charged at time of change.
