Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the arrival date for refund of full deposit, minus the $20 Cancellation fee.

If you call within two weeks to 96 hours before your check in date:

Paid In Full: Half of the deposit will be returned to the card on file, the other half of the deposit will be turned to camp credit for a future stay during the calendar year at Margaritaville RV Resort. 

Paid 1/2 deposit (minimum due at booking): $20 Cancellation fee will be deducted, the remainder of the deposit will be turned to camp credit for a future stay during the calendar year at Margaritaville RV Resort. 

If you cancel within 96 hours before your check in date. The amount owed will be charged and is non-refundable.

There will be a $20 Cancellation fee for All Cancellations regardless of when the cancel is requested.
