Cancellation Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

RV Campsites: 

* Holiday/Special Event/Group = 45 DAYS Cancellation (*46+ days prior to arrival date for holidays/special events/groups)  for refund less $30 cancellation fee plus tax per form of payment used - 45 DAYS or less the full reservation forfeited for the entire stay.

All other reservations:

2+ WEEKS (15+ days or more ahead of arrival date)
Refund less $30 cancellation fee (plus tax)

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS (14 days or less ahead of arrival date)
Full reservation forfeited for entire stay

The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster is issued for the camp-resort area (Cody, WY) within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. This does not include closures of Yellowstone National Park.
