Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:​
We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

RV Campsites: 

* Holiday/Special Event/Group = 45 DAYS (*46+ days prior to arrival date for holidays/special events/groups) for refund less $30 cancellation fee plus tax per form of payment used - Less than 45 DAYS Full reservation forfeited.

All other reservations:

2+ WEEKS
Refund less $30 cancellation fee (plus tax)

LESS THAN 2 WEEKS
Full reservation forfeited for entire stay

Change Policy:
Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window will result in a change fee if a refund is due.  Changes made within the cancellation window that shorten the length of stay will not have any monies refunded.

Reservation arrival dates may not be changed to avoid the cancellation policy window.  We can change your arrival and departure upon request by contacting the front office via phone or email. 

Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full at time of booking.
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.  We will try and call or email you to see if you are still arriving.  If we cannot get ahold of you by 11 a.m. on the following day of your scheduled arrival then your site may be cancelled and rerented with no refund for the entire stay.

The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest's residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed.
