Refund Policy

• Reservations of 3 days or less need to be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance for a refund of the deposit minus a $10 processing fee.
• Reservations of 4 days or longer need to be cancelled a minimum of 72 hours in advance for a refund of the deposit minus a $10 processing fee.
• Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY RENTALS

• $100.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to reserve a Monthly site. 
• Cancellation of Montlhy site prior to move in  will lead to a forfeiture of the Deposit. 
• 30 Days Notice is required for move out of a Monthly rated site.
