TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between you (the guest) and The Aurora RV Park & Marina and all associated ownership entities.

All guests must abide by the Park Rules. If any of the rules of the park or terms of this agreement have been violated, guests may be asked to vacate the lot without refund.

RV sites will vary in length; the size of the RV site is not guaranteed to be exactly the length as listed.

 

A new reservation is required to arrive earlier or stay later than the stated arrival or departure dates on the original reservation.

 

No credit or refund is given for early departure. 

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 

Management reserves the right to recalculate and adjust costs for any calculation errors including under-charges made by the website. Guests may be required to pay additional costs if an under-charge has occurred. 

All guests must check-in at the office before entering their lot unless prior arrangements have been made with the staff. Failure to check-in via Campspot may result in expulsion from the park.

All guests of The Aurora RV Park & Marina will be required to sign a liability waiver before entering the park, via online.

Guests will be responsible for any injuries or damage children or pets sustain or cause. We reserve the right to evict any guest with a pet that is dangerous, threatening (from the point of view of other guests), barks excessively, or is unleashed. Pet waste needs to be cleaned up immediately. FAILURE TO IMMEDIATELY CLEAN UP AFTER ANIMALS WILL RESULT IN A $50 CHARGE PER INCIDENT.

The Aurora RV Park & Marina does not allow smoking inside any building. If guests must smoke, guests may do so at the designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking in communal areas could accrue violation notices and fees. A $75 fee will be in effect for any smoking outside of designated areas.

We have canoes, kayaks, fire rings, games, etc., for guest use and enjoyment. Please be advised that games and sports have inherent risks. Use of such items presumes the participant’s acceptance of those risks. 

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their vehicle or rig. 

Guests and guest visitors use the park at their own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, and to evict anyone – without a refund – should they disregard or violate our rules and regulations.

Aurora RV Park & Marina is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owner/management of Aurora RV Park & Marina absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless The Aurora RV Park & Marina and any ownership entity from all such liability.

Should damage occur on site from a guest vehicle, including but not limited to the electrical pedestal, septic system or water access, The Aurora RV Park & Marina may pursue those damages financially. Guests will have to cover these damages with the payment method they have on file with Campspot. The Aurora RV Park & Marina will provide documented quotes to repair said utilities on each camp site that may be damaged.

We reserve the right to make any changes to the rules and regulations without notice. Feel free to check online (or at the office) at any time for the current rules and regulations.

A $25 fee will be assessed to guests staying longer than 20 days with an overdue balance after 5 days. There will be a $5 fee each day additional day after should a guest not pay their rent.

 

CREDIT CARD POLICY AND AGREEMENT

I authorize The Aurora RV Park & Marina to regularly schedule charges to the credit/debit card or Bank Account (ACH) on file. 

Guests will be charged each billing period on the 1st of the month. A receipt for each payment will be emailed to the guest and the charge will appear on the card statement. 

If guests decide to refuse recurrent charges, guests must notify The Aurora RV Park & Marina at least 10 days before the billing date. 

A 3.25% fee will be assessed for each reservation over 28 days and added to guest reservation, if paid with a credit or debit card. 

Bank Account (ACH) transactions paying for reservations lasting a minimum of 28 days will not have a fee assessed.

 

TOWING TERMS

Should a guest be asked to vacate the park for any reason, The Aurora RV Park & Marina may work with associated towing companies to have any vehicles at the guest site towed, at guest’s expense. The guest authorizes The Aurora RV Park & Marina to have vehicles towed if guests are in violation of rules and refuse to leave.

 

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The Aurora RV Park & Marina does not offer cable television at any of our sites. 

The Aurora RV Park & Marina does not provide onsite food, beverage, or entertainment. 

 

PARK RULES

  • Check-in time is after 3pm.

  • Check-out time is by 11am.

  • RV needs to be 20 years or newer.

  • No generators; please use the 30/50-amp service.

  • Pets must be on a 6' leash at all times. Do not leave pets outside unattended..To avoid disturbing neighbors & rule violation fees, please restrain pets from aggressive behavior and barking, and collect pet droppings immediately.

  • No smoking is allowed except in designated Smoking Areas.

  • Campfires are allowed in the park at designated sites; at your own risk, under your fully attended supervision, with a hose, fire extinguisher, and/or 5 gallon bucket of water ready.

  • 6 guests maximum per site.

  • 2 cars maximum per site, including trailers (must display parking pass).

  • Quiet hours, Sunday through Thursday:10 PM-8 AM, and Friday through Saturday: 12:00 AM-8 AM, and in between these hours you're expected to keep music and sounds to a respectable and peaceful level (including when entering and exiting the park).

  • Speed limit 5 mph.

  • No smoking in any building on the property; please dispose of butts properly.

  • No leaks allowed; this includes gray water, fresh water, sewage, or engine leaks. If there is a leak, please inform park management and repair it to avoid fines.

  • Firearms and Fireworks are not allowed in the RV park.

  • The Aurora RV Park & Marina staff is permitted to visit your site at any time.

  • A maximum of 2 pets per site permitted. Noisy or aggressive pets are not allowed. Pets must be kept on a 6 foot or shorter leash and tethering of pets at your site is not permitted. Picking up after your pets is required; a $50 fine per incident will be assessed to anyone not picking up after their pet, and further action could take place for such rule violations.

  • Should a guest be in violation of any of the park requirements, a 3 day warning note will be placed on their door.

  • All sites must appear to be kept in an orderly and tidy fashion. Tents, clotheslines, detached covered patios, vehicle washing, or repairs are not allowed.

  • Boats are not allowed in sites or left in the water near Aurora RV Park. 

TRASH RULES

All guests and visitors agree to take their personal trash to the large dumpster on site. These dumpsters are for regular residential waste only. There is recycling on the premises available as well. All visitors and guests agree not to put trash into the recycling bin. All trash/recycling shall be placed INSIDE a bin or dumpster. No oversized items (such as furniture, electronics, vehicle parts, etc.) or hazardous waste shall be placed in or next to a trash/recycling bin or dumpster. Fines shall be assessed if violations occur.
