Terms of Service

I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, LLC. (referred to in this agreement as WOA Outfitters) and Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, LLC. d/b/a Bach's Wildwood Campground (referred to in this agreement as Bach's Wildwood Campground) Rules and regulations , including those rules and policies published and posted at Wildwoodoutdooradventures.com the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Bach's Wildwood Campground &/or WOA Outfitters management. 

As a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in an activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.

 I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Bach’s Wildwood Campground &/or WOA Outfitter; their owners, officers, officials, contractors, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for activity, (“Releasees”), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, with the respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Bach's Wildwood Campground &/or WOA Outfitters property, facilities, amenities, shuttling, outdoor activity items & adventures  (including, but not limited to, kayaking, tubing, Stand-up Paddle Boarding, Canoeing, boating and swimming) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife associated with my presence or participation, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Bach’s Wildwood Campground &/or WOA Outfitter; their owners, officers, officials, contractors, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for activity, (“Releasees”),from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises or Activities by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Bach's Wildwood Campground & WOA Outfitters makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.

  • As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite and/or dock slip. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site/dock slip will accommodate your specific trailer/RV/watercraft and that you will not hit any stumps/branches, boulders, fixtures, trees, etc. when positioning your trailer/RV/watercraft on the campsite and/or at dock slip. You agree to indemnify and hold Bach's Wildwood Campground and/or WOA Outfitters, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite/dock slip. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Bach's Wildwood Campground and/or WOA Outfitters for any and all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site/dock slip.

  • I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation  prior to or upon arrival of my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me.  If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that Bach’s Wildwood Campground and/or WOA Outfitters may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.

  • I understand that any dispute between a Visitor, Including a Minor Visitor and a released party must be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin, excepting those laws which may invoke the laws on another jurisdiction; and any suit must be filed and maintained solely in Vilas county circuit court for the district of Wisconsin, and each of the parties consent to jurisdiction of such courts (and the appropriate appellate courts) in any such action or proceeding and waives any objection to such venue. 

  • The Premises are privately owned and Wildwood Outdoor Adventures & Bach's Wildwood Campground Management RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Bach's Wildwood Campground &/or WOA Outfitters Management reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary to leave the campground and/or outfitters location based on violations of Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments, political comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. 

  • On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Bach's Wildwood Campground and/or WOA Outfitters and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.

  • I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Rules and regulations at Wildwood Outdoor Adventures & Bach's Wildwood Campground . In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. 

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR CAMPSITES, RENTALS & ACTIVITIES 

I understand and agree as follows:

  • At departure, the campsite and/or return of rental product is to be left in good condition. At sites, around vehicles and/or in rentals all garbage is to be removed and brought to a Sanitary Station. No Garbage in fire pits. All fires should be put out prior to leaving. No damage to trees. Bach's Wildwood and/or WOA Outfitters  Management may charge my credit card with a cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave my site or rental products in an unreasonable condition, permit a pet to occupy a stay in a non-designated pet-friendly site, Bach's Wildwood Campground and/or WOA Outfitters Management may charge my credit card for the cost to repair/damage, clean, and/or replace ($25 minimum charge).

  • All damages to my site and or rental, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. If any damages are noticed at time of your arrival or upon receival of your rental you must notify the registration office immediately. All damages occurring during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by Wildwood Outdoor Adventures &/or Bach's Wildwood Campground Management. Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: damaged rental products, broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent Pedestals, fixtures, sewer lines, waterlines, electrical lines,etc.)

  • I understand that Bach's Wildwood Campground and/or WOA Outfitters and its employees are not responsible or held liable for any damages that may occur in loading or unloading my vehicle. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for making sure my rental items or personal items are secured to the vehicle properly prior to leaving WOA Outfitters and/or Bach's WOA Campground and that WOA Outfitters and/or Bach's WOA Campground is not liable for my rentals once in my possession. 

  • I understand that soliciting is not allowed by myself or anyone registered in my party at any time.

  • I understand that depending on my rental, wearing a personal floatation device (PFD) may be required by law and that Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, LLC. offers PFDs at no additional cost with all of their watercraft rentals and understand that it is in my best safety to wear one during any water sport activity. I agree to wear my PFD at all times. 

REFUND POLICY

I further understand and agree that WOA Outfitters &/or Bach's Wildwood Campground does not give credits or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:

Campsites: You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a campsite. For Nightly & Weekly reservations, if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 Days prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, less a $50 transaction fee & booking fees; or Camp Credit on account in the full amount can be elected less booking fees. For a cancellation of a reservation more than 7 days, but less than 30 days, prior to the arrival date we issue Camp Credit on account for 50% of the payment, less booking fees and the balance is forfeited. For a reservation cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited. Please note, all Monthly & Seasonal site fees for sites and dock slips are non-refundable no matter when you cancel.

Activities: If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 Days prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, less a $15 transaction fee & booking fees; or an activity credit on account in the full amount can be elected less booking fees. For a cancellation of a reservation more than 72 hours, but less than 30 days, prior to the arrival date we issue an activities credit on account less booking fees. For a reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited. 

Camp/Activities Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the cancelled reservation and can only be applied toward your site or activity. 

ANIMAL WAIVER

I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions relating to my pets while camping at Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, LLC, d/b/a Bach's Wildwood Campground (“Campground”) or Engaging in an activity with Wildwood Outdoor Adventures, LLC (“Outfitters”) with my pet.

  • Excluded Areas. I agree to keep my animal out of the following areas including, but not limited to, inside buildings, playgrounds and pavilions.

  • Excluded Pets. I agree that the Campground &/or Outfitter has the sole discretion to exclude pets. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following: breed-specific exclusions; due to their young age are exempted from state or local law vaccination requirements; are sick; are in heat; are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous; require muzzling; or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.

  • Supervision. I agree to keep my pet on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Campground &/or Outfitters location. I further agree to have my pet with me or a designated individual at all times, and understand that I may not leave my pet unattended at the campsite or in a vehicle. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my pet, in the interest of other guests at the Campground &/or Outfitters.

  • Vaccinations. I represent and warrant that my pet is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments.

  • Disturbances. I agree that, should my pet create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Campground &/or Outfitters at the request of a Campground &/or Outfitters employee, I will immediately make arrangements to house my pet elsewhere outside the Campground &/or Outfitters. Additionally, I understand and agree that if I do not find alternative housing for my pet after being asked to do so, I will be asked to leave the Campground &/or Outfitters and will not be issued a refund.

Assumption of Risk and Release. 

I understand that my permission to have my pet at the Campground and/or Outfitters with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that the Campground &/or Outfitters may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility for risks, injury, damage, other harm that may occur while my pet is at the Campground or caused by my pet. Further, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Campground &/or Outfitters, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that me or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my pets presence in the Campground &/or Outfitters Location, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my pet and/or any guest or invitee. I further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the pet at the Campground &/or Outfitters. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

  • I voluntarily agree to the conditions of this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement to the fullest extent by law on behalf of myself and my minor visitor, and my, and the minor visitor heirs, executors and administrators. No person or persons have pressured or coerced me to  participate in camping and/or activities, or to allow my minor to participate in camping and/or activities, or to sign this agreement. If I or my child decides to participate, then, I , or my child understands the risks and agrees to make the decision to participate without consideration of outside pressure or coercion. If I feel pressured or coerced in any way to participate or to sign this agreement against my will, I will not sign the agreement and will not participate.

  • I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests and invitees also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground &/or Outfitters without a refund.

  • I Understand that I may be required to complete this agreement upon each visit to the property, however, in the absence of a replacement or cancellation, in writing, this agreement is valid for subsequent visits to Bach's Wildwood Campground and/or WOA Outfitters. 

  • By accepting this agreement you agree that every person in your party has signed the seperate Release Of Liability waiver HERE and understand that if they have not signed the release of Liability Waiver they are not considered registered guests and are not allowed on premises. 


By signing below, I agree that every person in my party including myself has signed the seperate Release Of Liability waiver HERE. I acknowledge that I have read all of Bach's Wildwood Campground's Terms & Conditions including, but not limited to the Refund Policy, Animal Waiver, foregoing Assumption of Risk Release and Acknowledgement and fully understand its provisions and implications. My execution of this Release is entirely voluntary and intended to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns.
