Cancellation Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

For Lodging Rentals:
Cancelling 4+ weeks before your stay:
Refund less $50 cancellation fee or full refund issued in camp credit

Cancelling less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before your stay:
50% of reservation issued in camp credit

Cancelling less than 2 weeks (14 days) before your stay:
Full reservation forfeited

For RV Sites and Tent Sites: 

Cancelling 4+ weeks before your stay:
Refund less $50 cancellation fee or full refund issued in camp credit

Cancelling less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before your stay:
50% of payment returned or 75% issued in camp credit

Cancelling less than 2 weeks (14 days) before your stay:
Full reservation forfeited
