BAR RUN GOLF AND RV RESORT
RV Resort Policies
Check In / Check Out
Check in is at 2:00 pm for RV's (3:00 pm for Cottages) and entitles you to your site until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check in may be permitted, pending availability. Please call (541)229-2523 in advance to see if early check in may be available.
If you arrive early and early check in is unavailable, please make arrangements until your site becomes available at 2:00 pm. Our resort team members can help identify off-site waiting areas for use until your site is available.
You do not need to contact the office for check out.
Late check-ins are allowed until 9:00 pm. Please contact the rv resort team members for instructions related to late check-ins.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, and if you wish to move sites, please check with the RV resort team members prior to moving. We will work to accommodate requests, pending availability.
Golf Course Access
Only registered golfers may access the golf course and golf cart paths. If you have questions related to accessing the course, please see the attendant in the golf shop.
Laundry, Fitness and Showers (The Shed)
The Shed is open from 7:00 am – 8:00 pm. Please attend to your laundry at all times. All personal belongs are the responsibility of their owners.
Golf Balls
Many of the golf course holes are located near the RV and Cottage area. Please be advised that Bar Run is not laible for golf ball damage to persons or personal property.
Open Fires
Please refrain from using open fires in our Resort. Fires must be in portable firepits. The firepit must be set up on a concrete surface at time of use. All fires must be extinguished if they are unattended.
Smoking and Illegal Drugs
Please refrain from smoking inside any buildings at the Bar Run Golf and RV Resort. This includes cottages. Refrain from possessing and/or using illegal drugs anywhere within the Bar Run Golf and RV Resort.
Cannabis Laws in Oregon
Recreational marijuana cannot be sold or smoked in public. For more information go to: www.whatslegaloregon.com
Parking
Please park your vehicle, trailer, or boat on your site only.
Storage
All storage shall remain inconspicuous to other resort guests.
Guest WiFi
Please enjoy the Bar Run Guest WiFi. The guest password: BarRunGolf2022
Site and Park Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and refrain from walking between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. The Bar Run Golf Course shall be accessed only by those playing golf. For safety purposes, please remain clear of the golf course and the golf cart paths.
Washing
Washing/cleaning of RVs or vehicles is permitted with the use of a bucket of water. In order to keep our resort clean, hose washing shall be done off-site. Thank you for keeping the resort clean and for being respectful of all other guests.
Pet Policies
For the safety of all resort guests and their pets, all pets shall remain on a leash at all times. Pets shall remain in outdoor areas, or within your recreational vehicle/s. To ensure cleanliness and sanitation, all indoor areas shall remain free of pets. Please respect all resort guests and keep pets from making excessive noise.
Be a good neighbor and always clean up after your pet. Please deposit waste within the appropriately provided receptacle. Failure to clean up after your pet may result with guests being asked to leave without a refund.
We care for the well-being of all pets. Please attend to them at all times. Leaving pets unattended is dangerous as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets’ well-being while you are away.
Speed Limit
The resort speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep our resort guests and their pets, safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will lead to dismissal from the resort, without refund. Thank you for ensuring safety by abiding by this speed limit.
Parking
Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. Extra vehicles or boats will need to be registered with the resort office and a parking stall will be assigned. These additional parking stalls will be charged a rate of $15.00 per stall, per day.
ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts
These types of vehicles are welcome onsite and may only be used to get to and from your site.
Severe Weather
In case of severe weather, resort team members may attempt to sound a siren, signaling our resort guests and their pets to seek shelter.
Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the resort. All visitors must stop in the office to register, and receive a visitor pass, a parking pass, and an assigned parking stall. Parking will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per day. Vehicle Pass must be visible at all times please. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm. Please notify the office prior to the arrival of your guests, so we can help expedite their arrival experience. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all resort rules are followed.
All guest visiting someone in the park must register and pick up a pass at the office and park in the designated area.
Electrical and Sewer Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical or sewer issues during your stay. Guests must use resort team members to diagnose our electrical and sewar pedestals per insurance and safety requirements.
Restrooms
For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open during daylight hours. Temporary closing will occur for cleaning throughout the day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 a.m. Please adhere to this policy in respect of all resort guests. Loud noise withing this timeframe may lead to the loss of resort access, without refund.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
Trash cans are located throughout the resort. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. If the first can is full, please find another container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Please only dispose of regular trash and keep flammable, toxic and hazardous items from trash receptacles.
We offer recycling receptacles for cardboard and aluminum. Please use the appropriate recycling receptacles for these items.
Children
Children ages 13 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times, including while using restroom facilities.
Drones
Our resort is a drone-free area. There are local parks where drones can be used.
Clotheslines
For the respect of all resort guests, our resort will remain free from the use of exterior clotheslines.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our resort. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns, including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen, guests will be dismissed from the resort, without a refund.
Repairs
We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs. Please ask our team members and we will assist with arranging any repair needs. All on-site repairs must be conducted by RV repair companies pre-approved by our resort.
Safety and Emergencies
Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency. Private information provided by our guests will not be shared.
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (541) 229-2523, 24 hours a day.
If you need to call 911 for any reason, please notify the office so our team can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel in order to eliminate delayed response times.
