Cancellation Policy

If you made your reservation before Jan. 17, the following cancellation policy is for you:

There is no refund for cancellations on Holiday weekends. For the remaining weekends you have up until two weeks prior to your reservation to cancel to receive a $10 cancellation fee, with a refund of the remaining balance. If you cancel within two weeks of your reservation the cancellation fee is $40.

If you made your reservation Jan. 18 or later, this is the cancellation policy:

If cancelled more then two weeks out, there is a 10 percent fee and 90 percent refund of your site payment. If cancelled one week out it is a 50 percent refund of site payment. If cancelled within seven days of your site reservation there is no refund.
