Cancellation Policy

YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO RENT A SITE!
If you cancel 14 or more days from your arrival date, it is a 10% fee, with the remaining balance refunded to you. 

If you cancel within 7-13 days prior to your arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% with the remaining balance refunded to you. 

If you cancel in 6 days or less, there is no refund.  

We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore must enforce our cancellation policy regardless of circumstances.  Once a site is cancelled, the funds cannot be used for another site.
