Refund Policy

Cancellations made by the customer less than 7 days from the start time, will forfeit 100% of the total cost. If you cancel more than 7 days from the start time, you may reschedule or request a refund minus 50%. Rescheduled reservations less than 7 days from the original reservation date will be treated as a cancellation.  If Red's should need to cancel a reservation due to adverse weather or fire conditions the customer may request a full refund.  Should a reservation need to be cancelled please email staff@redsflyshop.com to request a cancellation or refund.
