Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid, less a $35 cancellation fee. This fee is necessary because the Credit Card Companies and the Online Booking Companies charge us for your incoming payment and for your outgoing refund payment. We have to pay these charges whether or not you keep your reservation. 

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, less a $35 cancellation fee, but more than 3 days prior to arrival date; your deposit paid will be applied to your credit account and will be applied to a future reservation. The credit balance must be used within one year of your canceled reservation. 

All Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to 2 PM on the arrival date, reservations must be paid in full. (If your check in date is April 10th, you must cancel your reservation before 2 PM on April 7th to receive a credit to be applied to future stay) 

Modification/Cancellation Policy for Monthly Reservations (Reservations 20 Days or more). All monthly site reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 30 days in advance of check in. No exceptions. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Cruising the Coast and 4th of July will require a 30 day notice of cancellation via email. No exceptions. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Refund Policy: Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within 1 year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used with no exceptions.

No Show Policy: Any guests that have not arrived by 24 hours after their check in time, and have not made prior arrangements with resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit and shall be responsible for any balance owed for the site. All campers agree to allow the park to run your CC for any balance due anytime a no show occurs.
