Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid, less a $25 cancellation fee. This fee is necessary because the Credit Card Companies and the Online Booking Companies charge us for your incoming payment and for your outgoing refund payment. We have to pay these charges whether or not you keep your reservation. 

Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, but more than 3 days prior to arrival date; your deposit paid will be applied to your credit account and will be applied to a future reservation. The credit balance must be used within one year of your canceled reservation. 

Cancellations less than 3 days prior to the arrival date, reservations must be paid in full. 

Modification/Cancelation Policy for Monthly Reservations (Reservations 20 Days or more). All monthly site reservations must be cancelled or modified at least 30 days in advance of check in. No exceptions. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

No Show Policy: Any guests that have not arrived by 24 hours after their check in time, and have not made prior arrangements with resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit and shall be responsible for any balance owed for the site. All campers agree to allow the park to run your CC for any balance due anytime a no show occurs.
