Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Creekside RV Park as your vacation home in the Eastern Sierras! 

We charge a two (2) night deposit on all reservations at the time the booking is made. Final payment may be made online or upon arrival at the General Store & Office. Reservations cancelled 30 or more days in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $30. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days from arrival will not receive a refund of any kind. Guests are responsible for payment of their reserved dates, and refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures. No-Shows will be held responsible for 100% of the scheduled reservation - no exceptions. Deposits, minus the service charge may be moved to a later date within the same year, given notice seven (7) days prior to arrival. If you can’t make your reservation or wish to make changes, give us a call (760)873-4483. Please review our cancellation policy closely. 

Check-IN Time is 2:00 PM      -    Check-OUT Time is 11:00 AM

Speed Limit in Park is 5 MPH - Please check in at the general store upon arrival. 

We offer 800 feet of the South Fork Bishop Creek and a stocked fishing pond for our guest's enjoyment. Please no swimming in the pond, and please limit your take to two (2) fish

At 8,300 feet elevation, the air is thinner and noise travels farther than you'd expect. Please be respectful of your neighbors. All campsite activites, conversation, music, etc. must not disturb campsites around you. We observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.  Violations of quiet hours are as follows; 1st-Warning will be issued.  2nd- Automatic $500 fine charged to card on file. 3rd- Automatic eviction of site by 11am morning after and $1000 fine.

Dogs are welcome at our park. We ask for $5.00 per dog per day. Dogs must be leashed at all times and owners must clean up after them. 

Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in our Rental Trailers. If our staff witnesses a dog inside our trailers the reservation will incure a $500 fee on card on file. 

Rental trailers left disorderly and requiring additional hours of cleaning, or damage found will incure a $150 cleaning / repair fee. Further charges may be addressed if extent of damage exceeds $100. All our rental trailers are Non-Smoking - a minimum charge of $500 will be assessed for any smoking.

Fire rings are provided at each site and are for wood burning only. Absolutely no glass bottles, cans, trash, etc. may be put in the fire ring. Firewood and charcoal is offered for sale from the General Store. Gathering or cutting wood is not permitted in the RV park, on surrounding private property, or in the Inyo National Forest. Damage to surround trees will incure a $150 fine. 

Trash containers are provided at each of the restrooms, the store, pond, and fish cleaning sinks. Please use them. It helps us keep our park clean and trash away from wildlife. Recycle bins are available around the park for Aluminum and Plastic. CA Redemption only, help us be green!

No Bicycling is permitted in the park. Its not you, its our slippery gravel roads and all the big RV's moving in for their stay. Thank you for understanding. 

All motorized or electric vehicles, bikes, carts, etc. must be operated by licensed operators. Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit. Their use is limited to entering and exiting the park or for transporation from campsite to store and pond. 

Sewer and grey water outlets are provided in all our hook up sites. It is not permissible to use drain buckets or run water on the ground. Please check your connections for leaks. For assistance please come to the office. We will be happy to help you. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. 

Please, no trespassing on surrounding private property, homes, and vacant land. Please stay on county roads and Forest Service land for your activities.

The use of slingshots, BB guns, paintball guns, pellet guns, firearms and Airsoft guns is strictly prohibited at Creekside RV Park and in the surrounding area. Anyone seen shooting at area wildlife, littering the forest with Airsoft pellets or vandalizing the forest in any way will be immediately reported to the Inyo County Sheriff’s Department, California Department of Fish and Game, or the US Forest Service.

Guidelines are enfored for the comfort and enjoyment of all park guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Guests unable to comply with a verbal warning will be asked to leave. Creekside RV Park will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests, for loss of money or valuables of any kind, or damages of claims for property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause.
