Measures we’re taking

How we’re ensuring workers know how to keep themselves safe from exposure to COVID-19

·         Employees will wear masks at all times

·         Employees will endeavour 2 meters separated at all times

·         Limit the number of customers entering the building

How we’re screening for COVID-19

·         All employees are screened upon arrival for work each day

·         The covid screening log is kept for 30 day

·         Employees are encouraged to wash their hands every hour.

How we’re controlling the risk of transmission in our workplace

Physical distancing and separation

·         Employess make every effort to maintain a 2 meter distance

·         When that is not possible, additional handwashing is required

Cleaning

·         Additional time has been scheduled for overall site cleaning

·         Additional cleaning measure are taken for high touch areas.

·         Public washrooms will have increased cleaning

·         Public showers will remain closed to limit exposure

Other

·         Additional staff hours have been scheduled to complete enhanced cleaning

 

What we will do if there is a potential case, or suspected exposure to, COVID-19 at our workplace

·         All exposed staff will report immediately to a member of Rama Health Screening Team

·         A member of the team will contact the employee directly to provide further direction

 

How we’re managing any new risks caused by the changes made to the way we operate our business

·         Public Showers will remain closed

·         Additional hours scheduled for cleaning

·         Occupancy restrictions in place for the Gate House/Office

How we’re making sure our plan is working

·         We will regularly monitor and review the plan, revising as needed to comply with current health restrictions

·         We will ensure open dialogue with our staff and our community
