RULES AND REGULATIONS

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10:00PM TO 7:00AM. Failure to check out of your site(s) by 11:00 AM will result in an additional charge to your credit card on file in the amount of the current daily rate.

UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE C.V.C 22658A Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20 et seq., a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing, after the service of a 72-hour notice, if the occupant who has been in the resort for less than 30 days, has either (1) failed to pay for his/her occupancy in the resort, or (2) failed to comply with the resort’s regulations. Law Enforcement Agency: (909) 394-9705 L.A. County Sheriff. All camping permit holders and their guests are subject to Los Angeles County Park and Rec. Regulations. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, damages or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind from or to recreational vehicle or storage sheds, or storage yards. No permit holder will install fencing, pools, spas, carports, or cabanas.

BY SIGNING THIS PERMIT, YOU AUTHORIZE BONELLI BLUFFS RV RESORT AND CAMPGROUND TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR LATE RENTS, LATE FEES, AND DAMAGES THAT RESULT IN A LOSS OF REVENUE. DAILY OCCUPANT: The maximum stay in a daily R.V. site is twenty (20) days in the resort. No sleeping outside the R.V., except approved areas for tents. Rates are based on two (2) persons per R.V.; there is an additional per person charge for over two people. Pet fees are $2.00 a day per pet.Golf Carts are subject to a charge of $10.00  per day. One tent is allowed at an R.V site with a valid paid permit displayed on the tent, and the rental of an R.V site. Thursday-Sunday only. Fees are based on number of campers per tent. Sprinklers are on automatic timers and will come on at various times. Please keep personal items off the grass and picnic tables in the grass areas. The undersigned agrees to hold harmless the Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort and Campground, it’s owner and employees from any damages or injuries caused by sprinklers. These regulations apply to all campers and visitors of campers. WILDERNESS TENT CAMPING is limited to seven (7) days per month. Wilderness tenting is only allowed in designated areas. Rates are per site. No sleeping is allowed outside the tent or in vehicles. These regulations apply to all campers, and visitors of campers. The camper/occupant hereby becomes the permit holder and acknowledges receipt of the Regulations of Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort and Campground printed on the front and reverse of this receipt and agrees to be bound by them while enjoying the rights granted by this permit.

 

A:  Facilities and Services

1. The resort and its owners will not be responsible for loss of the services due to acts of God, or by third parties beyond managements control, or accidental damage caused during normal hours of operation.

2. Resort facilities include the following: Men’s and women’s restrooms with showers; picnic area; laundry facilities; trash pick-up; family / adult swimming pools; resort maintenance; children’s playground; dump station; 24-hour resort host service; a community meeting room (reservation only); market and general store; cable T.V.; telephone sites; and lake and mountain vistas.

3. All full hook-up sites provide the following: 30/50-amp electrical service, fresh drinking water, sewer connections, and cable. Electrical service may be changed in accordance with the requirements of the electric company, the County of Los Angeles, or the Resort and its owners.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSERVE ELECTRICITY AND USE SURGE PROTECTORS FOR YOUR RV.

4. To enhance your recreational enjoyment we provide you amenities, recreational facilities, and service.  Any non-paid guest must remain at your site with you at all times. We reserve the right to make changes without notice.

B: Risk and Liabilities

1.   Permit holders and their visitors agree to relive and release the Resort and its owners from all liabilities to persons, or damage to properties, resulting from or arising out of the exercise of the rights granted under this permit.

2. Permit holders and their visitors agree to relive and release the Resort and its owners from the responsibility for electrical problems, malfunction, or any damage caused by unauthorized tampering, acts of God, or by third parties beyond management control.  Tampering with electrical equipment is a violation, and reason for eviction.

3. As Permit Holders, it is your responsibility to inform your visitors, and their children of the Resort rules. Visitors vehicles will not be parked in the street.  Visitors’ pets are subject to the same regulation and charges as the Permit Holder’s pets. See (D7).

4. All Permit Holders agree to pay camping fees on, or before due date printed on their permit. Late fees apply.

5. Attorney fees in any lawsuit brought to enforce the regulations or under applicable law the party who wins may recover its reasonable court costs and attorneys’ fees from the party who loses.
6. Campers or visitors of campers will not park in empty RV sites; they are subject to L.A County Sheriff citations and/or being towed at owners’ expense.

C:  General

1.  All RV Resort residents are entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of their spaces of the facilities, Citations will be issued for disturbance to other guests, or if seen, or heard by resort staff during or after “Quiet hours”.  Temporary use of generators is allowed with resort management approval.  Repeated violations will be grounds to terminate your tenancy and or eviction.

2.  Loud parties, drunken behavior, fighting disturbing neighbors, immoral or unlawful conduct, offensive, or obscene material WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED.  Offenders are subject to eviction.

3. Children under the age of 16 must remain in their own space during the “quiet hours” unless accompanied by a responsible adult:  Parents are responsible for their children, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the laundry, restrooms, and recreation areas.

4. Max of four (4) outside visitors allowed per paid site per day. Visitors may not use any facilities at the resort.  Visitors may not wander around resort without a permit holder.

5. Speed Limits of five (5) miles per hour will be strictly enforced. Most streets are ONE-WAY for your safety and there is NO driving or parking on grass or sprinklers.

6. NO off-road vehicles, go-carts, or dirt bikes are allowed inside the resort. All drivers of any vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. NO PARK CRUISING.

7. SKATEBOARD, ROLLERSKATES, RAZORS, AND ROLLERBLADES ARE NOT PERMITTED BECAUSE THE RESORT ROADS ARE NOT DESIGNED, OR MAINTAINED FOR THIS PURPOSE.  NO KITE FLYING or DRONES.

8. There is NO PARKING on the streets at any time except store and office areas. Park in designated space only. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense per 22658 (a) CVC or cited per 21113(a) CVC or both. Local law enforcement agency’s phone numbers, L.A Co. 9. Do not feed wild animals. The Resort, its owner or employees are not responsible for insect, wildlife, or domestic animal intrusion or damage or injuries. DO NOT DISTURB THE WILDLIFE.

11. Fishing licenses are required to fish in Puddingstone Lake. Please see Bonelli Bluffs market to obtain a license.

12. No collection of recyclables from Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground trash containers is allowed by Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground or their guests. No visible storage of recyclables at your site.

 

D: RESTRICTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS PERMIT

1.  The owners of the Resort are not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests and or visitors of guests nor for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.

2. This permit is NOT transferable. Guests will NOT use their site location as an inducement to sell their R. V ’s

3. NO PERMIT HOLDER WILL INSTALL FENCING, POOLS/SPAS, OR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES FOR USE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE R.V. NO CONSTRUCTION ON OR AROUND THE SITE. APPROVED SKIRTING ONLY. ACCESS TO THE PEDASTALS MUST BE KEPT CLEAR FOR SERVICING AT ALL TIMES. A MAXIMUM OF FIVE (5) POTTED PLANTS IN ONE GALLON CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED.  NO HANGING PLANTS ARE ALLOWED. POTTED PLANTS ARE TO BE LOCATED ON THE PAD.  PLANTING IN THE GRASS AREAS OR ON THE HILLSIDES IS PROHIBITED.  TRELLISES, PLANT STANDS, LATTICE, AND ARCHES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Wooden steps installed prior to June 1st 2019 will be allowed with prior approval from the Operator and no new steps will be allowed.

4.  One R.V per site.

5. Fires are PROHIBITED except in designated areas: i.e. firepits, barbecues, or portable barbeques at least 18 inches off the ground.  Barbeques should not be placed on picnic tables.

6. SPRINKLERS must not be tampered with, moved, or adjusted.  If you have a problem, report it to the office

7. All dogs MUST be properly leashed at ALL TIMES. Maximum length of leash: six (6) feet. Pets are not allowed in the office, store, or recreational rooms, laundry, or pools even if accompanied by the owners. Service dogs are exempt.  Los Angeles County ordinance #8354, Sec43, requires pets to be inoculated and a copy of the current license must be on file with the park office. Pets disturbing guests, Resort, or property shall be grounds for eviction.  Three pets maximum except during show events. Citations will be issued for violations of pet rules, and will be grounds to revoke permission to keep pets at the resort, or, in the alternative, to terminate your tenancy.

8. Free standing propane tanks must be secured to the R.V.

9. NO GAINFUL OCCUPATION, PROFESSION OR TRADE MAY BE CONDUCTED ON OR FROM YOUR SITE/STORAGE.

10. L.A. County Dept. of Animal Care and Control apply to Pet Owners.

 

E: MONTHLY PERMITS (No new monthly permits issued after June 1, 2019)

1. Pet fees are $2.00 a day per pet (Maximum 3 pets).

2.  Monthly permits may be renewable on their due date.  Late charges commence on the 4th day after due date.  A 72 hour pay rent or quit notice will be served if the rent is late.  All permits are subject to review and approval for renewal.  Renewal of the monthly permit may be denied.  Any eviction, or legal fees may apply.

3.  R.V.’s and vehicles parked in parking lots are subject to an additional charges and citation and towing. Illegal parking on park roads or fire lanes are subject to towing.  County ordinance – Article 10, Section 207.  You will be liable for any tow charges.

4.  Management may refuse to renew or may revoke any permit in accordance with applicable law.  Rates are subject to change on sixty (60) day notice.

6. No refunds for early departures.

7. Each site is allowed one motor home or one trailer and one vehicle, no utility trailers, boats, or 2nd trailer or motor-home allowed at the site. Car dollies must be stored under motor-home’s rear end.

8. All monthly campers must obtain a Bonelli Bluffs R.V. Resort & Campground Mailbox (key deposit required), or keep a current mailing address on file with Bonelli Bluffs R.V. Resort & Campground office.  All those receiving mail at Bonelli Bluffs R.V. Resort & Campground agree to hold Bonelli Bluffs R.V. Resort & Campground harmless for mail errors. Campers without mailboxes that receive mail will have their mail kept for five (5) days in market and then returned if not picked up.

9.  $48.00 flat rate late fee charge commences on the 4th day after rent due date.

 

F: SPACE MAINTENANCE

1. Guests sites must be kept presentable. Non-operating vehicles and bikes will not be permitted.

2. Sites with storage sheds prior to June 1st 2019 need to be at the REAR OF THE SITE and completely on the asphalt pad. THERE WILL BE NO STORAGE UNDER OR AROUND THE R.V.  Campers shall keep the area under the R.V free from the accumulation of refuse, rubbish, paper, combustible material and shall cooperate with park management in keeping their area free from unsafe conditions.  H & S Code, Section 16691-18691.  Hanging and drying clothes outside the R.V is prohibited.  Recyclable storage outside the R.V. is prohibited.

3.  No large items, i.e. tables, chairs, beds, couches, construction or hazardous waste material may be placed in trash containers. Personal trash ONLY will be collected.

4. T.V., C.B. antennas, flag poles must be no more than Four (4) feet above the R.V.  Base Stations are prohibited. No antennas may be attached to ANY Resort Equipment.

5.  Sewer hoses must be gas tight, clamped at each end and sloping toward the outlet no less than 1/8 inch per foot to eliminate in line clogging and shall be no longer than necessary to make the connection.  It is unlawful to permit waste water or material from any plumbing fixture to be deposited on the ground.  H & S Code, Section 18554.  Draping of sewer hoses into sewer connections is strictly prohibited and is grounds for eviction.

6. Each site shall be limited to one R.V. plus (1) one other vehicle.  All shall be parked on the asphalt pad at all times. The back bumper of the R.V. shall be even with the with the rear of the asphalt or concrete site or forward of it.  Additional vehicles, and watercraft, will not be kept at monthly sites.

7.  No carports allowed.  No parking vehicles under canopies or awnings.

8. Mechanical repairing or servicing of vehicles is not to be done on sites, in parking lot, or in the storage areas.  Camper shells shall not be removed from the truck and placed on the ground.

9. Trucks rated over one ton will not be parked on the site except special designed trucks for R.V. towing.

10. Screen rooms and free-standing canopies will not be used as extra bedrooms or workshops and must remain open for visibility and safety.  Violations will be grounds for eviction.

11. Patio / picnic furniture, and personal items will not be left on the grass overnight and will be completely removed on Wednesday’s for mowing of lawns.

12. Free standing canopies (10x10) maximum MUST BE APRROVED BY THE OFFICE. One allowed per site.

13.  Sites must be clean and free of debris prior to departure.  Violators will be charged for cleanup.

14. RESORT INSPECTORS have the right to enter the recreational vehicle’s space or site at any reasonable time without unreasonably disturbing the vehicle owner for (1) maintenance of utilities, (2) maintenance of the premises and (3) protection of the Resort and enforcement of the rules and regulations.

15. Fronts of fifth wheels may be enclosed only with a vinyl cover designed for that purpose.

16. Site moves are at the sole discretion of the Management Company. 

G: PUBLIC BUILDINGS – RESTROOMS AND LAUNDRY

1.  Management reserves the right to set hours to all buildings.

2. Restrooms provided for our guests and their visitors are maintained daily.  We seek your cooperation in helping keep them clean and functional.  Please report problems, vandalism, or damage encountered to resort staff.

3. Laundry must be removed from washers and dryers as soon as cycle finishes to free equipment for other guests.

4. No drying, or washing of pet bedding, grease rags, or heavy pads or rugs is permitted. Guests damaging equipment through improper loading shall be held liable.  Follow the posted rules. Please leave laundry room and equipment clean.

5. CHILDREN, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM.  NO LOITERING AT ANY TIME ANYWHERE IN THE PARK.

H: SWIMMING AND SWIMMING POOLS

POOL HOURS ARE 10:00AM TILL DUSK

1. Posted rules at pool side must be observed. SWIMMING IS AT YOU OWN RISK.  NO LIFEGAURD ON DUTY.  Failure to observe posted rules will result in revocation of pool privileges.  There is no swimming during pool servicing and for one (1) hour thereafter.

2. Running, Jumping, cannonballing, or diving are prohibited in the pool.  Swim suits are required; no cut-off jeans allowed. Unit -B Pool is the designated family pool area.

3. NO PETS IN POOL AREA.

4. Lake swimming from Resort shoreline is PROHIBITED.

I: Gatherings or Groups of People

1. No groups larger than 10 people will be allowed at any site or common area.

J: STORAGE

1.  Monthly and daily storage is available by contract for all boats and R. V’s

2. Only 2 storage spaces can be rented if you have an R.V site.

3. No working on stored property in storage area.

K: OPERATING AUTHORITY

1. The Resort is owned and operated under the authority granted to its owners by the County of Los Angeles.  All state, County DMV and City ordinances and regulations apply to permit holders in addition to the regulations of the Resort.

L: ALL RULES OF BONELLI REGIONAL PARK ALSO APPLY TO THE PERMIT HOLDERS OF BONELLI BLUFFS R.V. RESORT AND CAMPGROUND. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE RULES.

M: TERMINATION OF PERMIT

Pursuant to California Civil Code Sections for renters of an R.V site by owners or operators of an R.V in the Resort that may be removed who fail to pay rent or fail to comply with reasonable regulations, management may evict:

1.     Renters for thirty (30) days or less (“OCCUPANTS”), 799.22, 799.28, 799.55 – 799.59 AND 1866.

2.     Renters for more than thirty (30) days (“TENANTS”), 799.24, 799.32, 799.65, 799.66, and 799.67.

3.     Renters for more than nine (9) months or more (“RESIDENTS”) 799.23, 799.31, 799.70, and 799.71

N: LIMITATIONS AND WAIVERS

1.  PERMIT HOLDER assumes all risks involved in the occupation and use of OWNERS’ property.  And PERMIT HOLDER hereby relieves and releases OWNERS of all liability of every kind for death or injury to persons, or damage to property, resulting from or arising out of the exercise of the rights granted under this permit.

2. RESORT’S waiver of , or failure to take any action in response to, any breach of this Agreement or the Resort Regulations will not be considered to be a waiver of that provision RESORT’S subsequent acceptance off any sum due and payable by OWNER (a) will not be considered to be a waiver of any previous breach of this Agreement or the Resort Regulations, or of OWNER’S failure to pay any sum due, regardless of RESORT’S knowledge of the breach or failure to pay; or (b) will not reinstate or extend the term of this agreement or affect any notice, suit, or demand under this Agreement.

3. The tenant/occupant hereby acknowledges receipt of the Regulations of Bonelli Bluffs R.V Resort & Campground by virtue of their signature on the reverse of this documents and agrees to be bound by them while enjoying the rights by this permit.
