Terms of Service

  • PLEASE! make sure you take Exit 14 (Athens Rd Exit) off of I-77 regardless of how your GPS directs you.   The road coming in is narrow but very managable so long as you take Exit 14 and follow the signs to Brushcreek Falls RV Resort
  • If you arrive after regular business hours, you will find your packet in the late arrival box that is located to the left of our front doors.  Please sign the reservation summary and the bottom of the parking permit.  Leave both signed compies in the locked portion of the box and take you map and top portion of parking permit and continue to your site.
  • Register in the office before setting up. Check in: 2PM. Check out: 12PM    Quiet hours: 11PM-8AM  Visitors MUST register before entering park and MUST pay to use amenities. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by adult after dark.
  • Absolutely no fireworks!!
  • Please don't flush any type of wipes. 
  • Laundry rooms are available for your use and the machines take quarters $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.  Change machine in office
  • No tents or canopies. 
  • Do not leave trash at site for any reason. 
  • Do not change sites without checking with the office. Sites are only guaranteed for the days paid for. Only ONE vehicle is included with stay, max of 2 vehicles at each site, $5 extra per night for extra vehicle. 
  • Do not attach anything to trees (including clotheslines).
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and must be cleaned up after. 
  • Washing vehicles or campers is prohibited. Campfires allowed ONLY in designated rings or pits. Golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers. Sewer sponge (donut) or appropriate connector required on every site. Garbage must be in a trash bag and placed in the dumpster.
  • WE DO NOT CONNECT TO ANY TRAILS SO THEREFORE:   NO SIDE BY SIDES PERMITTED, ONLY GOLF CARTS AND ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON GRASS AREA!!!! 
  • Waterfall Sites are open however, the waterfall will not be operational till 2024
