Terms of Service
I agree that myself and all members of my party and guests will abide by the campground and bar rules posted onsite, posted online at Buck 'n Beams Social House & Campground, or communicated by any other means by staff and the campground and bar management.
I understand and agree that Buck 'n Beams does not refund or prorate camping reservations due to weather conditions or any circumstance beyond the campground's control. Buck 'n Beams refund policy is as follows:
1. All booking fees are non-refundable. Booking fees include the $10 site lock fee and the credit card processing fee.
2. If the cancellation is made prior to 7 calendar days before your expected arrival date, the full reservation payment will be refunded.
3. If the cancellation is made on or after 7 calendar days, 50% of the reservation payment will be issued.
Upon acknowledgment of this agreement, you agree to the following:
I HEREBY FORFEIT, RELEASE, AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO AND AGREE NOT TO SUE JP Ventures, LLC d/b/a Buck 'n Beams Social House and Campground, it's owners, agents, management, staff, or any entity that may contract with Buck 'n Beams from any and all liability to me, my children, my guests, heirs, personal representatives, or any member of my party. I HEREBY RELEASE JP Ventures, LLC d/b/a Buck 'n Beams Social House and Campground, it's owners, agents, management, staff, or any entity that may contract with Buck 'n Beams from any liability from any losses or damage to my property or account of any injury (including death). This includes any acts of nature such as high winds, failing branches or trees, tornado damage, fluctuations in temperatures, ice, snow, flooding, wildlife, or any other acts of nature.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your RV and your vehicle will fit into your site. All of our sites are 75 feet long and include 50 and 30-AMP electrical hookups and water supply. There is a dump station on site. You will be held responsible for any damage to the site, picnic tables, fire rings, dump station, or any other damage to any Buck 'n Beams property (including but not limited to landscaping, trees, buildings, decorations and other structures, electrical and water connections, games, corn hole boards, playground equipment, pool tables, other electronic games and equipment, and dump station). As a courtesy and upon request, employees may assist in helping to direct you into your designated campsite. If assisting, JP Ventures, LLC d/b/a Buck 'n Beams Social House and Campground, it's owners, agents, management, staff, or any entity that may contract with Buck 'n Beams is not held responsible for any damages that may be caused while assisting. This is your sole responsibility and you agree that JP Ventures, LLC d/b/a Buck 'n Beams Social House and Campground, it's owners, agents, management, staff, or any entity that may contract with Buck 'n Beams are held harmless in any way to any loss, damage, costs (including attorney's fees), or any other liability that may result in any assistance that is provided from any staff or anyone else that may be providing assistance.
One automobile is allowed per site. If you cannot fit your vehicle in your site, you will need to reserve a second site to accommodate your vehicle, ATV, boat, or any other items that you may want to bring along with you.
By accepting this agreement, you waive any rights to sue and agree that you will not bring a lawsuit against JP Ventures, LLC d/b/a Buck 'n Beams Social House and Campground, it's owners, agents, management, staff, or any entity that may contract with Buck 'n Beams.
In addition, you agree that you are personally liable to ensure the total payment for your reservation has been paid upon arrival, if not already paid in full. If the payment is not made, you authorize Buck 'n Beams to charge the debit or credit card placed on file for your reservation. You also agree that if there are any charges for any damages or any other amounts that are due (such as an unpaid tab at the social house or any other applicable amounts due from your party or guests), Buck 'n Beams has the right to charge the credit or debit card that is on file for the total amount due plus a 20% gratuity. If the card on file is declined, you agree that you personally are responsible to pay for any charges that are applied and agree that Buck 'n Beams will bill you and you will pay for any applicable charges deemed due within 30 days. If not paid within 30 days, Buck 'n Beams reserves the right to charge the maximum late fee allowed under Wisconsin State Law.
Alcohol
Buck 'n Beams reserves the right to refuse any service to anyone for any reason unless prohibited by law. Buck 'n Beams is privately owned. Consumption of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. We take every precaution to ensure that our social house staff and employees do not serve underage patrons. By accepting this agreement, you agree that you will not allow anyone at your site or anywhere on Buck 'n Beams property to consume alcohol if they are under 21. If it is confirmed OR suspected that underage consumption of alcohol is occurring OR if anyone underage in your party attempts to purchase alcohol from the Social House, you and your party, as well as any guests, will be asked to leave the premises and no refunds for any services or reservations will be issued. This policy is strictly enforced. You may bring your own alcohol to your campsite; however, outside alcohol inside the social house, pavilion, or outside of your campsite is strictly prohibited. Any alcohol within these areas must be purchased from the onsite social house. Off sale alcohol is available at the social house as well. Taking open containers outside of property boundaries of any kind is not permitted.
Buck 'n Beams strictly prohibits any hate speech, racism, derogatory comments regarding sexual orientation, race, gender identities, or any other mistreatment or harassment against anyone on our premises. If you are in violation of this policy, you will be asked to leave the grounds immediately and no refunds will be issued. If you experience or witness any of this behavior, notify staff immediately. All are welcome and discrimination will not be tolerated.
You understand that you are responsible for the actions of your party, include pets, children, and guests. You agree that Buck 'n Beams may use any photos or videos taken by staff of anyone in my party, any photos or videos that you have posted to our reviews on any site, or any photo of video that contains images of my RV, property, or party for any reason, including but not limited to promotional advertisements, social media sites, articles, or for any other purpose.
When leaving your site, the site is to be left in a reasonably clean condition with any garbage thrown into the designated dumpsters and with any fire extinguished. If you fail to leave your site in a clean condition, you agree that Buck 'n Beams will charge a $50 cleaning fee. You also agree that any damage done will be reported to staff or management immediately.
Fires are to be built in designated fire rings only. Fire rings are not to be moved. If fire rings are moved, you agree that Buck 'n Beams will charge a $100 restoration fee. If trash is left in your fire ring, you agree that Buck 'n Beams will charge a $50 cleaning fee.
Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly environment and welcome all well-behaved pets to our campground and social house. You agree that you will restrain pets on a leash when in all public areas and that you will contain your pet when at your campsite as to not disturb others. You furthermore agree that you will take the necessary precautions to ensure that your furry friend will not disturb other animals, campers, staff, or in no way cause harm to any other pets, staff, guests, or other campers.
You agree that will clean up your pet's waste in an appropriate manner and properly dispose of the waste in the dumpster or in any pet waste collection containers. Under no circumstances should pet waste be thrown into the woods or left on the grounds. You must clean up after your pets. Pets are not allowed in food prep or playground areas. If your pet causes harm or risks harm to anyone on the premises (including other pets), you will be asked to house your pet outside of the property. Failure to do so will result in the requirement to leave the grounds and no refund will be issued. By accepting this agreement, you agree that your pet has had all required vaccinations before bringing them along to enjoy your camping experience at Buck 'n Beams. You agree that you will supervise your pet at all times. If your pet is potentially dangerous to wildlife, other animals, staff, guests, or in any way aggressive, then they will not be allowed on the property.
Bringing pets along while camping is a privilege and not a right under this contract. Permission is conditional and I agree to the terms listed above in the pet policy. You will be held responsible for any damage, injury (including death), medical bills for others, or for anything else that may result from your pet. JP Ventures, LLC d/b/a Buck 'n Beams Social House and Campground, it's owners, agents, management, staff, or any entity that may contract with Buck 'n Beams is not held responsible for any injuries (including death), medical costs, or any other damages or actions that your pet may cause and is exempt from any right to sue by you or the other party. This is to be resolved between you and the other party and Buck 'n Beams is not held liable for any disruptions or injuries (including death) that may result from any presence of your pet on the premises.
Acknowledgment.
By signing or clicking "I accept" below, I acknowledge that have read and understand the above agreement and will abide by any rules and regulations of JP Ventures, LLC d/b/a Buck 'n Beams Social House and Campground. I understand the pet policies and agree to abide by them. I agree that myself, my party, and guests will abide by the policies and rules herein at all times. If asked to leave, I will promptly do so without incident. I understand that if I am removed from the campground or any facility located on the premises, I will not be refunded any amounts paid and I am responsible for any unpaid amounts that is owed for myself, my party, my guests, or anyone associated with my party.
I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules.
I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my party, guests, and invitees also comply with the rules and policies. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground without a refund.
Everyone shares in the responsibility to keep one another safe. Because this is a shared community, I furthermore agree that if anyone in my party tests positive or have been exposed within two weeks of my scheduled reservation, I will not come to the campground unless I have not had any symptoms for three straight days. I will also follow all local, state, and federal regulations, and take all precautions to ensure that I am not consciously helping to spread the disease.
