Terms of Service

When making online reservations you must pay one night down with credit/debit. When calling in a reservation you must also pay one night down. Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum and must be paid in full at time of booking. You must be 21 year of age or older to make a reservation.Rates for sites are based on individual families (2 adults and their children under the age of 18) Any additional adult on site will be charged a fee.Each campsite has one fire ring and one picnic table. If you need to move your table please put it back at the end of your stay. Campfires are allowed in the fire ring ONLY. Fire Rings are NOT to be moved. Please place garbage in bags and deposit in the dumpster located by the office. Fireworks and firearms are not permitted in the campground. Camper agrees that any photographs taken by staff, which they or their family appear in, may be used for advertising purposes.Rental Camper: Please bring your own linens, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glassware, etc. The Resort provides a coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator.  Smoking is not permitted in Cabins.Quiet time:Please be considerate of others. Quiet hours in the Resort are 11 pm to 8 am. Minors must be supervised and back at your site by Dark. Campground Management may remove anyone due to disruptive behavior.Please alert your guests ahead of time that they must register in the office and  pay a fee of 3.00. All guests must leave the campground before 10 pm (if a day visitor). Campers are responsible for the conduct of their guests and are personally liable for any injury or property damage arising from the actions of their guests.We have a lot of little campers so please obey the 5 1/2 miles per hour speed limit throughout the campground. DO NOT park extra vehicles in empty sites or along the roadways.  All vehicles must display a valid car pass with site number. Mini bikes, dirt bikes, scooters, kiddie cars, hoverboards are not permitted. Golf carts are available to rent in the office.  Personal golf carts may be brought to the campground so long as proof of insurance is provided and it is registered at the office upon check-in.  All drivers, of a rented or privately owned golf cart, must have a valid driver’s license Bicycles ridden after dark must have lights. Do not cut through other campsites with golf carts, bikes, cars or by foot.There is no lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. Swimming hours are from sun up to dusk.Pets are to be kept on a leash and never left unattended outside your camper. Barking dogs will be required to leave. Pet waste must immediately be picked up and disposed of properly. Pets are not allowed in any building, swimming  area or on the beach. There are no pets allowed in rental campers.
