Cancellation Policy
- Reservation Changes:
- Non-Holiday: Reservations can be changed up to the day before your scheduled arrival by emailing reservations@campitresort.com.
- Holiday Reservations: Changes to your holiday reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Holiday Reservations include Memorial Day, July 4th, Christmas in July, Mardi Gras, and Labor Day.
- Reservation No-Shows: Please contact us at reservations@campitresort.com prior to your scheduled arrival date if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservations. No refund or rescheduling is available for no-shows.
- Reservation Cancellations and Refunds: Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless you are ill or have Covid related issues. Cancelling without rescheduling will result in your card being charged the full amount of the reservation.
