Waiver and Release of Liability

My reservation is confirmation of my agreement to the following statements and is legally binding.   I hereby acknowledge and understand that there are inherent risks associated with camping and participation in activities provided by Paradise Stream Family Campground (hereinafter referred to as Campground). These activities include, but are not limited to wagon rides, planned activities, swimming, playground equipment, and use of sports equipment owned by the campground.  These inherent risks include but are not limited to failure in equipment, collisions with natural and man-made objects and actions of other individuals.  Natural occurrences including but not limited to lightning, high winds, rainstorms, bears, snakes and bees can be hazardous, unpredictable and dangerous.  I hereby assume all risk of injury and damage to persons or property, while camping.  I further release, indemnify and hold harmless, including without limitation the Campground and its Officers, Staff and Volunteers.  I hereby give my consent for Paradise Stream Family Campground to use my photograph and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes.  I have read the liability waiver and indemnity statements above and campground rules and regulations, cancellation policy and agree to be bound by and adhere to them.   


If notice of cancellation/modification is received 15 days prior to arrival on a holiday, full refund less $12. Within 15 days of arrival there is NO REFUND. 

 If notice of cancellation/modification is received 10 days prior to a non-holiday arrival, full refund less $12 service fee. Within 10 days you lose your deposit. 

No refunds due to bad weather, elevated heat, acts beyond our control, such as power outages or leaving the park prior to your scheduled departure. No extra charge for Sunshine!!!

A lock site fee of $10 is required if requesting a certain site or groupings. This fee helps utilize our park to the fullest, and guarantees you the site you requested. This is non refundable. You have the right to opt out of this fee, but this could mean your site may be moved to a site of the same cost that will accommodate your camper.  All our sites are beautiful. We hope you enjoy our park.

This property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Visitor Policy:   Visitors must check in at office. There is a visitor fee of $5 per day and $7 for overnight. Day visitors must leave by10PM.  Visitors may NOT bring pets. We will not be responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Registered camper assumes full and complete responsibility for the conduct and the actions of all members of his/her visiting party. 

Boat Rental: Parents must accompany children 18 and under when renting a canoe, Kayak or jon boat. Life jackets must be worn and a minimum of two people on the boat. Use the buddy system. You will find the life jackets at the office. They are $10 an hour or $40 a day. 

Mini Golf: Children 12 and under must have adult supervision when playing mini golf. Prices are $5 for adult and $3 for kids age 11-6. Five and under are free.

Gate Policy: Upon check-in you will receive a gate card. This gate card gives you access into the campground. You are to return the gate card at check out during store hours. If you do not return the gate key a charge of $20 will be added to your stay. Please only one car through the gate at a time. The gate will come down between cars.

Quiet Time: 11 PM-8 AM - During this time all children must be in the company of their parents and on their campsite. After 11 PM all public areas of the campground are closed. Cars may only be used to enter and leave the campground. Please keep all noise at your campsite so not to bother other campers.  Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. If there is a disturbance after hours please call (717)789-2117.


Pet Policy: We love dogs and do not want to make a NO PET policy. We ask that you take full responsibility of your pet. Please bring your up to date papers rabies with you to check-in. WE HAVE A TWO DOG LIMIT PER SITE.  YOUR PET MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. IF THERE IS AN INCIDENT WITH YOUR DOG REPORT IT TO THE OFFICE IMMEDIATLY.  It is your responsibility to CLEAN UP after your pet. Please take your dog to the dog park. We ask you to be courteous to other campers and not allow your pet on other people’s sites. NO visitors with pets are permitted in the campground. This is your responsibility to be sure your friends do not bring their pets. You and your friends will be asked to leave if found to be in the park. It is for the safety of all that we have this policy.

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasure of camping with their dog or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, we here at Paradise Stream Family Campground have established some guidelines.

We have a two pet rule. No visitors are to bring pets with them.

Your pet must have up to date papers and shots and the form should be shown to the campground upon arrival.

A good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.

We have a dog park available for your dog where they can run, bark and play. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet. Do not leave a dog tethered or unattended.

Please take your dog for a potty walk. Do not allow them to relieve themselves on other peoples camping sites. Please pick up your dogs’ feces.

Pets are not to be left in the camper unattended, where they constantly bark and disturb other campers.

Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you will need to find other accommodations.

We love pets and know they are part of your family. These rules are simple to follow and will ensure a good experience for everyone.

Golf cart:

1.      Golf carts can be picked up at the office and payment in full is required.

2.      Golf carts shall be returned on or before the return time of 2pm in the same condition, excepting for normal wear.

3.      Golf cart rental times start at 3pm and end at 2pm, or any amount of time within these times, on the return date. A 2pm return assures carts are available for the next customer.

4.      Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless from and against any and all liability, including bodily injury and property damage, arising out of the use of operation of the equipment by Lessee or anyone using or operating the same with Lessee’s express or implied consent.

5.      Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations of Lesser governing the use of equipment.

6.      Golf carts must only be used on gravel driveways within the campground area to and from the sites and may not be driven on paths provided for golf cart owners.

7.      Golf carts must be charged overnight and/or as needed.

8.      Brake must be applied, and the key turned off when cart is not occupied.

9.      Golf carts may not be operated after 11pm or before 8am.

10.  Golf carts will carry a maximum of 4 people and/or 550 pounds.

11.  Malfunctions must be reported to the office immediately.

12.  You must be a licensed driver to drive the golf cart. Be responsible and drive at a safe speed of 5mph maximum.

13.  Golf carts must be rented for 2 nights if the rental begins on a Friday, and 3 nights if the rental begins on a Thursday.  

CABIN: NO EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT FOR CABINS. check in is 4 pm and check out is 2 pm. The cabins are SMOKE FREE.  The smaller cabin sleeps 4 and IS PET FRIENDLY.  This smaller cabin features one double size bed, a futon, microwave, two burner stove, sink, refrigerator with freezer, bath with shower, air conditioning and heated unit. Full hook up.  This smaller cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. CAMPERS MUST PROVIDE OWN LINENS, BATH AND KITCHEN SUPPLIES. We supply plates, cups and utensils along with basic pots and pans for cooking indoors. 

Our two larger cabins also are SMOKE FREE and ARE PET FREE.  This cabin features a Queen bedroom, 2 bunks, full bathroom with shower, with kitchen.  The kitchen has an oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, crock pot, plates, cups, pots and pans and standard kitchen utensils.  CAMPERS MUST PROVIDE OWN LINENS, BATH AND KITCHEN SUPPLIES.

All Cabins: 

When renting a cabin please be sure to empty your trash to the dumpster and clean up all the dishes prior to leaving. There will be a $50 charge for leaving your mess. We strive to leave the cabins in excellent condition for you and the next person.

GLAMPING TENTS- Check in time for Glamping is 4pm. Our glamping tents are either set up with a full sized bed or two single beds.  Linens for the bed, including pillows will be provided.  Each glamping tent has a bed (or 2), an end table, two chairs, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), a fire pit, and a picnic table. GLAMPING TENTS ARE SMOKE AND PET FREE.  NO EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT FOR GLAMPING. 

Campsite: We love the grounds at our Paradise and we like to keep them clean. We ask you clean your site after your visit and leave it the way you found it. Please do not leave trash, batteries, and other items in the fire pit. We do have dumpsters for your convenience located throughout the park.  A cleaning charge of 25.00 will be billed to you in the event your site is left below standard.
