Terms of Service
DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS -
Please note: Your credit card will be charged in full when you make your reservation online.
Cancellations made with 8 days or more notice will incur a $20 cancellation fee per site/cabin.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less notice will forfeit 1 night's deposit per site/cabin.
Cancellations made within 7 days or less notice during a holiday weekend (Memorial Day / Bike Week / July 4th / Labor Day) will forfeit 100% of the reservation.
SPECIAL REQUESTS -
While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location. You can guarantee your chosen site location by paying a $15 lock fee. We try our best to accommodate all requests but in the event of site maintenance or an Act of God or Nature, we may have to relocate your site. If this happens, we will refund the $15 lock fee.
All reservations will be charged $5 per site for a parking pass.
Only 1 vehicle will be allowed to park at each site.
Extra vehicles must pay 5$ for a visitor pass and must park in the front overflow parking lot across from the office.
Remember to bring your own bed linens.
We will charge a $25 fee for lost or non-returned keys.
We do not allow you to bring your own AC unit. We will charge a $50 a day fee.
EXTRA TENTS / PICNIC TABLES -
Only 1 tent can be set up per tent site. Tents cannot be set up on RV sites or cabin lots.
Outside tables are allowed, but please do not move picnic tables from other sites. We will charge a fee of $10 per day.
All pets must be registered. Pets are ONLY allowed in RV's and Pet Friendly Cabins.
Pets are not allowed in tents or non-pet cabins.
TRASH / GARBAGE -
Always leave the campground cleaner than you found it. We will charge a $100/hr cleaning fee for excessive trash left on sites or in cabins. Trash bags are available at the office and various trash receptacles are located throughout the campground.
Please do not burn trash in the fire rings.
By making a reservation, you authorize Camp Sandusky to charge your credit card for any damages, replacement of property, or labor cost associated with damage to property. This includes damage done by guests to your site or cabin. This also includes damage done by pets.
LATE ARRIVALS -
Late arrival packets with your site location will be available at the front of the office for guests arriving after office hours. If you plan on arriving late, please call 419-626-1133 so these arrangements can be made.
