Cantwell RV Park
1. Please, park your RV/Travel Trailer facing towards the Denali Hwy. Our sites are angled, and the majority are pull through. Please do not drive into a site facing the wrong way. Follow the direction of travel on the map. If you are unsure look at the other rigs in the park and face the same way they are
2. Tents may only be used in designated tent areas.
3. All guests must register with the office.
4. Speed limit in the park is 5 mph.
5. No firearms, BB guns, sling shots, bows, or fireworks may be discharged in the park.
6. No vehicles may park in the right of way. There is overflow parking located on the East side of the park near the entrance.
7. Washing of vehicles or repairing your vehicle(s) or campers on site is prohibited.
8. No ATVs or four wheelers may be driven in the park unless they are going directly to the exit and are traveling 5 mph or under.
9. Quiet time is from 11:59pm to 7:00am.
10. Dogs must be leashed and always accompanied. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be tolerated. You must clean up after your pet, if you don’t and are caught you will be asked to leave the park.
11. Dump station is open from 9am-11:30am and 1:30pm-9pm. To dump outside of these hours there will be a $25 fee. When using the dump station please place the bin provided under the hose connection of your rig. Any spills will result in a $50 clean up and biohazard disposal fee.
12. No generators may be run in the park. Each site has access to power.
13. All fires must be in one of the fire pits. Do not start any fires directly on the ground. The Park has a limited number of portable fire pits to borrow and firewood for sale.
14. Trash must be placed in provided receptacles. There should be no loose trash at your site.
15. Animals are not allowed in the store, bathrooms, shower, or laundry facilities.
16. No grills on the picnic tables without a barrier under the grill to keep the tables from being damaged.
17. Any damage incurred to the park will be the responsibility of the camper(s) and will be charged to the credit card used to book/pay for the site.
18. ANY verbal abuse, physical abuse, or aggressive acts toward park staff or other campers will result in immediate expulsion from the park. You will forfeit that day’s fees and will be refunded any remain days left on the reservation.
CANCELATION
All cancellations must be requested by e-mailing cantwellrvpark@gmail.com and must include the name on the reservation and the reservation number.
Due to the length of the season in Alaska and the demand for our spots the following cancellation policy will apply:
There will be no refunds for early departures.
All reservations will require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations 30 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund minus a 12% booking fee. Cancellations under 30 days are subject to a fee equal to the one (1) night rate of their reservation plus the 12% booking fees. Cancellations 7 days or under will forfeit 100% of their reservation amount. Any site not occupied on the first night of the reservation may be viewed as a cancellation by the guest and the site may be rebooked at the Park’s discretion. The cancellation policy is in effect based on the first day of the reservation not the last.
I have received a copy of the Cantwell RV Park Rules and polies. I and those in my party agree to follow all the rules outlined. I Understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in the expulsion of myself and my party from the park with the forfeiture of any remaining balance left on my reservation
