COVID-19 Policy

Cedar Falls Campground puts the safety and health of our guests, employees, seasonal guests and partners first. We are monitoring the Covid-19 outbreak closely and following recommendations set out by the Provincial Health Authority. At this time we remain OPEN, we just ask that visitors adhere to the guidelines, and continue monitoring our website for any updates.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

For cancellations made WITHIN 10 DAYS of your arrival date, for ANY reason:

  • NO REFUNDS

For cancellations made MORE THAN 10 DAYS before your arrival date, for ANY reason:

  • Single night reservations are non-refundable.

  • Reservations of 7 nights or more, as well as any group reservations of 3 sites or more, will have a $100 cancellation fee withheld and the balance refunded. This fee is per site.

  • Reservations of 2-6 nights will have a $21 cancellation fee withheld and the balance refunded.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Early departure
  • Shortened stay
  • Weather
  • ANY COVID-19 MANDATES. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT GOVERNMENT RULES CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND THESE ARE OUTSIDE OUR RESPONSIBILITY. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Should you need to extend your stay we are happy to do that if there is availability.

To shorten your stay there will be a $21 change fee applied to your invoice. The credit balance is usually held as store credit until check-out and the balance settled up then.
