Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Changes & Refund Policies

The purpose of reservations is to assure your booking and make sure we do not offer your reserved site to another guest.  *Polices are subject to change at any time. *

-There will be no refunds for early departures. 

-We do not offer refunds for weather, health, mechanical issues, or change in travel plans.

*Discounts must be applied at time of purchase, no refunds will be issued.*

RV Nightly Rate Reservations (6 night rate or less, excluding holiday weekends)

-Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee.

-Cancellations made 4-6 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a refund less 1 night rate.

-Cancellations made 0-3 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.  Changes made to reservations 0-3 days from reservation are not due a refund for shortening stays.

RV Weekly Rate Reservations (7-night rate, excluding holiday weekends)

-Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

-Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $35.00 cancellation fee.

-Cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.  Changes made to reservations 0-6 days from reservation are not due a refund for shortening stays.

RV Holiday Weekend Reservations (Memorial Day, Independence Day, & Labor Day)

-Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee.

-Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit 50% of the reservation.

-Cancellations made 0-6 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.  Changes made to reservations 0-6 days from reservation are not due a refund for shortening stays.

RV Change fees.  If we are able to accommodate your request, we are happy to change your reserved dates. Providing you are within the cancellation policy time frames.  If you would like to make any changes to your reservation a $5.00 + tax change fee will apply.  

Cabin Nightly Rate Reservations (6 night rate or less, excluding holiday weekends)

-Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee.

-Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a refund less 1 night rate.
