Refund Policy

Any refunds will be processed to the original card used to book the reservation and may take 7-10 business days to process.  No refunds will be given for any reason once guests have checked in; including but not limited to eviction or early departure.  We do not offer refunds for weather, health, mechanical issues, or change in travel plans.  *Discounts must be applied at time of purchase, no refunds will be issued.*

Lock site fees are non-refundable. 

 

No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held until 11am mst on the day following scheduled arrival.  No shows will not receive a refund for any of the dates reserved regardless of circumstances.
