Terms of Service
Arrival & Departure/Fees: Check-out is 11:00 am MST. Check-in is 2:00pm MST. Due to previous reservations if you would like to stay longer, the earlier you let us know, the better your chance of us accommodating you. If you wish to check-in early there is a $15.00 early check-in fee, no check-ins permitted prior to 12pm. All rental fees are due and payable in advance. Guests still occupying sites by 1pm MST may result in being towed OR if we can accommodate you an additional night the credit card on file will be charged an additional night’s rate plus service charge.
After Hours Arrivals: We do accept after hour arrivals for guests with existing reservations, however, the terms and conditions sent via email must be accepted prior to our office closing on the date of your arrival.

Cancellation/Refunds: The purpose of reservations is to assure your booking and make sure we do not offer your reserved site to another guest. *Polices are subject to change at any time. *
-There will be no refunds for early departures.
-We do not offer refunds for weather, health, mechanical issues, or change in travel plans.
*Discounts must be applied at time of purchase, no refunds will be issued.*
Lock site fees are non-refundable.
RV Nightly Rate Reservations (6 night rate or less, excluding holiday weekends)
Cancellations made 4 days or more prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 3 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a refund less 1 night rate. Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation. Changes made to reservations 48 hours or less from reservation are not due a refund for shortening stays.
RV Weekly Rate Reservations (7-night rate, excluding holiday weekends)
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 4 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
Changes made to reservations 48 hours or less from reservation are not due a refund for shortening stays.
RV Holiday Weekend Reservations (Memorial Day, Independence Day, & Labor Day)
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the original scheduled check in date will receive a full refund less a $15.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 4 days prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit 50% of the reservation. Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the original scheduled check in date will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation. Changes made to reservations 48 hours or less from reservation are not due a refund for shortening stays.
RV Change fees. If we are able to accommodate your request, we are happy to change your reserved dates. Providing you are within the cancellation policy time frames.

Quiet Hours are between 8:00pm and 8:00am MST. Please be considerate of others. The use of generators is not permitted at any time.
GUESTS OF GUEST: We do allow for guests to visit you while you stay at our park, however, they need to register at the office and may not stay overnight. If they have a vehicle our office staff will direct them where to park it at the time of their arrival, it may not be parked at your site! Guests of guest are not permitted to have pets on-site.
Campfires are permitted on gravel areas only. Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times due to burn bans. FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED!
Children under the age of 18 must be under adult supervision at all times and cannot be in our facilities without an adult over the age of 18. Please help prevent damage to other guest’s property by not allowing your children to play with rocks on our grass. We do a thorough walk through before mowing, however, the rocks can be hard to see and if a lawnmower equipment hits one it could cause harm to an individual or damage to a rig.
Smoking is not allowed within 25 feet from facility entrances. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash.
No shoes, no shirt no service. When outside of your rig please be dressed in shoes, shirts, and pants.
Vehicles: One RV permitted per site and one vehicle, unless otherwise approved by management. All RV’s & vehicles must be capable of being moved within a 24-hour notice. If an owner cannot move their vehicle or RV, owner must have it moved by a third party, at the owner’s expense.
Parking is not allowed on any lawn area, in vacant sites, or in the streets. Vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
Speed Limit is 5 MPH within our park.
Picnic tables are provided for your use.
Tents are not permitted in RV sites.
Garbage: Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Littering is not permitted. This includes cigarette butts. Please deposit your garbage in the dumpsters provided at the South end of the park. All garbage must be bagged and tied, boxes must be broken down. DO NOT leave garbage outside by your RV. DO NOT deposit your garbage in our laundry or restroom facilities. A $20 fine wil be assessed if found within violation.
Behavior/Conduct: CBRV Park may require any person to leave, without refund, for any reason, including without limitation, disrespect to management, employees or other guests, excessive consumption of alcohol, objectional behavior or violation of any rule or sign.
Laundry Facilities: Clotheslines are not permitted. We have onsite laundry facilities for your needs. Please remove your clothes promptly from their wash or dry cycle. If not removed promptly, we reserve the right to remove from wash/dry cycle so next guest can use the facility. Please clean out washers and dryers after your use, to include pet hair, dirt, etc.
Wash Cycle - $2 - 35 minutes Dryer Cycle - $1.50 - 45 minutes
Restroom Facilities: Please help keep our restrooms clean by cleaning up after yourself.
Please do not: smoke in the restroom facilities, deface or soil facilities or equipment, consume alcohol or illegal drugs or bring pets into our facilities
Use of site:
a. Items such as rugs, carpets, mats, etc. are not permitted on our grass during any period. If you are found to be in violation these items will be removed from site by park employees. If second violation occurs, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund.
b. Please be courteous of other guests and do not walk on or through their sites. This includes grass and gravel, humans and pets.
c. Do not park, drive or walk through a site that is not assigned to you.
Guests use the park facilities and amenities at their own risk. The park is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather or catastrophic events.
Pets: All guests who have pets are required to disclose and identify their pets to CBRV and are required to sign the agreement acknowledging their compliance with the specified pet rules and regulations.
Good behaviour is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
a. Pets must be restrained on a leash at all times!
b. Pets are not permitted on other guest’s sites at any time.
c. Pets are not allowed in our facilities to include: the office, cabins, restrooms or the laundry facilities. Pets may not be tethered outside any of our facilities.
d. Pets are not permitted to be tied or chained to trees, tables, RVs or outside our facilities.
e. All guests are required to clean up after their pet(s) immediately. CBRV Park will charge a fee of $100 per occurrence if you fail to clean up after your pet(s).
f. We have an enclosed dog park for your convenience and do require you pick up after your pet immediately.
g. Pet fencing must be approved my management.
h. Uncontrolled barking, at any time, inside or outside the RV is prohibited. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations.
i. Owners are legally responsible for their pets and injury or loss caused by their pets.
j. Pets may not be left unattended outside anytime.
Liability: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or dame to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guests of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
