CPCG Guidelines- 

Please be courteous: Our Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. No Neighbor should know you are there during these times! (lower your talking, Turn off music etc) Please do not allow anyone in your party to enter into another campsite, occupied or not any time of day.  SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH for all vehicles that are in the campground-ONLY 1 WARNING WILL BE GIVEN- One vehicle per site. Max of 4 adults per site.We are pet friendly as long as you abide by our PET POLICY. (Detailed Below) Please ask to see the pet policy if you have a fur baby with you. All campers MUST come to the office before entering the campground to be checked in. Any and all visitors to our registered campers must check in at the office before entering the campground, site Max occupancy allowing.  All Visitors will pay a $10 visitor’s fee to enter the campground.If the Visitor to a registered camper stays past 9 pm, they will be charged an additional fee for Tent, RV, Rental and Cabin sites if the site is not over four adults. Fee will be determined by your site type, VISITORS to our registered campers ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ANY ANIMALS, PETS OR ATV's INTO THE CAMPGROUND. Only vehicles with Camping Permit tags assigned on check in are permitted to be in the campground.  One vehicle per site.If  Any additional parking is needed, see management.  No one under 14 is permitted on the beach without PARENTAL supervision.  Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of children in the campground and at the beach. NO DOGS ALLOWED TO GO PAST THE OFFICE OR ONTO THE BEACH, Additional beach rules are posted near the office before entering the beach. No Bicycle Riding permitted in the campground under the age of 18.

All accidents relating to damages to utilities are the responsibility of the registered guest and must be repaired by a licensed professiional.

Children under the age of 16 Must observe a 9PM Curfew and return to their campsite. Campfires permitted when state & local authorities allow and completely contained in assigned fire pit, Under 2 foot in height. and diameter . All fires are to be made Dead Out when unsupervised or done for the night!! 

The State of New Hampshire prohibits the entry of out-of-state firewood unless it has been certified heat-treated to 140° F (60° C) for 60 minutes and is clearly labeled with the name and address of the federal or state approved production facility.

Only Natural Firewood allowed in our fire pits.  No trash of ANY kind.  We do encourage Recycling- receptacles are near the dumpster. The dumpster is available near the road for your trash. That is Household garbage only, Take anything else home with you. Before leaving your site or turning in for the night, your campfire MUST BE DEAD OUT !  No smoking or animals allowed in any rentals or buildings. Management reserves the right to evict any guests that damage property or in any way fail to comply with any and all rules with no refund. This includes but is not limited to, drunk and disorderly, illegal activity or as management deems necessary. Management/Cedar Pond Campground assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Check in time Starts at  2Pm On RV And Tent Sites, 3PM On All rental Accommodations. +++ All parties to register for a site SITE MUST BE CHECKED IN BEFORE 7:30PM ++WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE LATE CHECK INS+++ Check Out Time for All Guests Is 12PM, Inquire at the office by 10am if you are considering a Late Check Out. Please Keep In Mind any Changes to your reservation without notification, Prior to Check in Could result in a cancellation and Will Not Qualify For A Refund.

OHRV RULES•    

There is to be NO RIDING AROUND THE CAMPGROUND ON ANY ATV AT ANY TIME***example*** visiting other sites, to the restrooms or to the beach. **OFFROAD TRAIL BIKES WILL BE TRAILERED IN & OUT OF THE CAMPGROUND** BE SURE TO "SLOW YOUR ROLL" WHEN ENTERING THE CAMPGROUND OFF THE 35MPH ROADWAY-- 5MPH is REAL SLOW and enforced. ATV USE IS RESTRICTED to travel out of your campsite to the road-in from the road to your campsite only. No riding into the campground after dark.•    If you have someone meeting you to ride, they can meet you at the trail heads.•    Children under 18 are not permitted to operate any ATV in the campground.•    Machines are not to be run during the campgrounds’ quiet hours.  10pm-7am•    There is NO washing of any vehicle type allowed in the campground.•    No disposal of fluids from any vehicle type is allowed.  You must take that with you.

Cedar Pond Campground Pet Policy

·       Do not leave your pets unattended while outside of your camping unit.

·       Make sure your pet stays within the confines of your site.

·       Keep your pets on a leash no longer than 6’ at all times.

Do not allow your pet to enter any campsites occupied or vacant, plenty of walking areas outside of camping area.

·       Clean up after your pet in all areas of the campground.

·       Do NOT allow your pet past the office or to the beach.

·       Remember manners, Constant barking bothers other campers, If your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations.

·       Good behavior is required, Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground along with their owners.            When taking your pet for a walk, Do not allow your pet to enter any other campsites. If occupied or not.

·       Please have Vaccination Records available.

Electronic Signatures: You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated hereby bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in “portable document format” (“.pdf”) form, or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.

 

Full Payment must be received 14 Days prior to reservation for all holiday, Rental or event reservations.
