Cancellation Policy

Reservation cancelled 7 or more days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, less a $15 cancellation fee.

Reservations cancelled 6 days or less prior to scheduled arrival will receive a cancellation fee, equivalent to a one night stay.

Reservations must be cancelled 14-days before the holiday weekend (Memorial Day, Labor Day & 4th of July weekend) for a full refund. Anything cancelled after that is non-refundable. **Please note that the those holiday weekends are extrememly busy and overwhelming in our beautiful moutaines community. We understand things happen, but its important to best sort out plans, as we only have limited spots available during those times.

Monthly Cancellations will forfeit $200 deposit if cancelling within 7 days of scheduled arrival. Anything cancelled before 7 days, will forfeit a $100 deposit.
