Refund Policy

There are no refunds for bad weather, wind, rain, heat, leaving earlier than planned, failure of your equipment, closure of Park amenities for equipment failure or dangerous conditions, being asked to leave the Park for unruly or bad behavior.   

ALL reservation cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation processing fee.  Reservations that are cancelled in accordance with Clear Creek Station RV Park’s Standard Cancellation Policy at least 7 days, or more, prior to the original arrival date will be refunded in full minus the $15 cancellation processing fee.  Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of the request being made.  Refunds will only be processed back to the original credit card account that was used when the reservation was made, no exceptions.  Under no circumstances will cash refunds for a cancelled reservation be provided.  Reservations canceled within the 7 day period prior to the arrival date will be fortified.

Reservation cancellations for all holiday weekends must be made 14 days prior to the original arrival date to qualify for a refund.  The holidays we are referring to are Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day.    

We understand that with booking any reservation life happens.  Sometimes circumstances can change your situation making it impossible for you to keep your planned visit to Clear Creek Station RV Park.  At the discretion of Park Management, under unique and unavoidable circumstances, Park Management may provide special options for a Guest in good standing that needs to cancel, especially in an emergency.  Please be advised that the Park Management has no obligation to make special concessions for any guest or any situation under this policy.  Special considerations are done on a case by case basis and verification of circumstances may be required.   

ACTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We do our best to ensure everyone has a good experience while camping in our Park.  However, there are some things that are beyond our control.  These include, but are not limited to: State mandated changes, work schedule changes, illness, personal injury, mechanical breakdown, wind and blowing sand, airborne dust particles, rain and lightning, extreme heat, infestations of natural pests; fly’s, fire ants, orr bugs, snakes, spiders, scorpions and the like.  When these events occur, the Park reserves the right to initiate closures and/or policy changes to ensure public safety and a good camping experience.  If, and when these closures and/or policy changes occur, the Park will not issue refunds or rainchecks on guest reservations.
