Refund Policy

I understand and agree that Coho RV and Marina does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Coho RV and Marina 's refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS: The deposit may be refundable per the terms listed below. A $100 per space per stay deposit is required to lock in the rate. Deposit does not guarantee a specific space (unless the lock fee has been previously paid). Refunds shall be as follows: For space reserved prior to May 30th: 48 hours prior to your planned check-in a full refund can be requested.   For space reservations between June 1st and Sept 30th: Cancellation requests received for summer season stays are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the deposit (or $50/space/stay) shall be non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled (for any reason). The balance of the deposit shall be refundable only if cancellation is two weeks prior to planned arrival date. At any time up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled stay the full value of your reservation can be applied to a future stay (future stay subject to availability). Future rates will apply to the deferred reservation (locked rate will be forfeited for deferred reservations). Upon execution of a rental agreement the deposit shall be applied to the first payment due. Providing park with evidence of a positive COVID-19 test within 2 weeks prior to your proposed stay shall entitle the guest to a 100% refund of any deposited funds. 

No refunds for early departures. All Guests must vacate the Park by removing all RVs, camp vehicles, trailers, passenger vehicles, and other personal property. Park is not responsible for any belongings left behind.
