Campground Rules and Regulations

 

These rules and regulations are not all-inclusive and additional rules may be added by management as situations arise.  Persons that violate these rules may be asked to leave the campground without a refund of their camping fees.

 

  1. All visitors must register at the lodge.  There is a visitor’s fee for all visitors over 2 years of age. (visitor’s fee $5.00/child - $7.50/adult)

  2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:30 am. Please be a considerate neighbor.  Many families staying here have small children.

  3. Bicycles and golf carts without lights are not to be ridden at night.

  4. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. must be walked across the boardwalk.  Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, etc., are not permitted on the pavilion, concrete patio behind the lodge or on the tennis and basketball courts.

  5. Children must be supervised at the playground at all times. Children are not permitted in the fenced area around the waterfall and pond in front of the lodge.

  6. Only electric golf carts are permitted in the campground. Proof of insurance for the golf cart must be provided to the office. You must be 21 or older to drive a golf cart. 

  7. Children 18 and under must return to their own campsite when the store closes.  Your children are your responsibility and you will be held accountable for their conduct.

  8. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your campsite.  They are not permitted in the common areas including the lodge, pavilion, playground and pool areas.

  9. Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings including the restrooms/bathhouses.

  10. Limit of two vehicles per site. (This includes guest vehicles)

  11. No electric heaters are permitted.

  12. No firearms are permitted on the premises unless authorized persons and/or with permission from management.

  13. Absolutely no fireworks of any kind are permitted.

  14. ATV’s, motorized scooters, go-carts, snowmobiles, etc are prohibited. 

  15. No cutting of wood or other vegetation without prior approval of management. No chainsaws are permitted on weekends.

  16. Please be considerate of your neighbors when using radios, speakers, etc. Excessive noise at any time will result in expulsion, but we ask that you be especially considerate during quiet hours. 

  17. Pets are permitted but must remain leashed, cleaned up after and quiet. Pets are not permitted in any public buildings or rental units.  Pets are not permitted in the playground.

  18. All trash is to be deposited in the dumpsters kept behind the stockade fence to the left side of the RV building or alongside the red bathhouse.  Trash cans are for litter only.

  19. Swimming in the lakes is prohibited. Small boats or rafts are permitted. Children must wear life jackets.

  20. Shoes and shirts are required in the lodge.  Shoes are required in the bathhouses/restrooms.  Please leave the bathroom facilities as you would like to find them.

  21. Garbage collection is monitored by surveillance cameras at all times. Only bagged trash is to be put in the dumpsters. No dumping of any other items is permitted in our stockade area. 

  22. Making a reservation guarantees a site that is appropriate for the trailer on the reservation, but does not guarantee any specific site. To guarantee a specific site, the lock site fee must be paid. You can select a specific site when you make a reservation, but unless the lock site fee is paid, we hold the right to move your site.
