Cancellation Policy

Full payment( 100%) required on all reservations, 50% refund on all cancellations requested more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds within 4 weeks of arrival.

Deposit of 100% required on all reservations
Within 4 weeks of the arrival date, reservations are not refundable nor transferable.
Holiday Reservations - 3-night minimum - 100% deposit

Camping is an outdoor experience... we do not charge extra for the sunshine...
sorry there are no refunds for Mother Nature's bad behavior!
