While visiting Crystal Lake, you are responsible for abiding by all resort rules and regulations. Any non-compliance to these rules may result in eviction from the resort. We believe we take all reasonable precautions consistent with our responsibilities as a resort operator. We will under no circumstances be liable for loss or damage of any kind whatsoever to the personal property of our guests, including motor vehicles, jewelry, personal effects or any other valuables. Therefore guests and their property enter Crystal Lake Village and use the facilities at their own risk.

Your address is your street address, not a lot number.  If you wish to receive mail here, you must use your street address and apply to the office for a mailbox key.  There is a $10.00 key deposit, which will be returned to you when you return the key to the office.  The Herald Advocate and Lakeland Ledger are available at curbside boxes across from the office. 

As we are a gated community, the gates closed at 7:00 pm and open again at 7:00 am.  The gates are closed all day on Sunday.  You must have a gate transmitter to enter thru the gate after hours.  There is a $30 deposit for the gate transmitter which will be returned to you when you return the transmitter to the office.  If you are planning on having guests after hours or on Sunday, please make arrangements to meet them at the gate and let them in, you are responsible for your guests, not the office.  There is a $5.00 per person per night guest fee and they must be registered at the office.  Pets are welcome however they must be walked on a lease and their waste cleaned up.  This includes cats too.  Pets are not to be tied outside.  Quiet time in the community is 10:00 pm until 7:00 am, please respect your neighbor’s property and privacy. 

Cancellation Policy:

·         Any reservation less than 3 months will receive a 100% camp credit that can be used later. You must cancel at least 48 hours before your stay to receive 100% camp credit. Less than 48-hour notice will only receive 50% camp credit and forfeit the remainder

·         Any reservation for 3 months or more that is canceled will forfeit their 10% deposit.

o   If canceling more than 60 days before arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, less the deposit.

o   If canceling less than 60 days before arrival, you will receive a camp credit for the total amount paid, less the deposit.

o   Any balance not paid in full 30 days before your arrival will result in cancelation and forfeiture of deposit and any additional balance paid

·         No refunds will be made after your stay commences.
