Rules and Policies

Base Rates Include:

One RV unit per site
Electric, sewer and water RV sites  - $59.00 + tax
Tent Camping Sites (Max of 2 People per site) starting at – $30.00 + tax

 Camping Cabin Sites $89.00 per night + tax
Maximum of 1 family per cabin

 

All reserved nights must be paid upon arrival to guarantee the length of stay.

(Base rates subject to change depending on occupancy and on days near holidays and Sturgis Rally)

Cabin Check-in is at 3PM — Check-out time is 11AM

RV Check-in is at 1PM-Check-out is 11AM
Early Check in and Late Check out are subject to additional fees. ( Note: after 1 pm check out you will be charged an extra night)

Lost key charge is $10.00 

  • All Visitors to your campsite must “Check-in” at the office.
    • Overflow parking is located on the grass at the front of the property.
    • All Visitors are required to park in overflowing parking and must leave by 10PM, unless registered as a guest before the office closes.
  • Please DO NOT move picnic table from other sites. You are encouraged to ask for assistance from Campground staff before doing so.
  • Guests under the age of 10 must be supervised at all time to ensure their safety.
  • We do our best to reserve specific sites, occasionally we may need to make site changes for various reasons. We will try to accommodate you as best as possible.
  • Please remove everything you brought in to your campsite
  • Pets:
    • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
    • Dogs should not be allowed to bark excessively.
    • Please do not leave dogs unattended in cabins.
    • Pick up after dog, dispose of dog waste ($25.00 fee for not picking- up/disposing of waste)
    • Only non agressive dogs please
    • Any damages in cabins by pets will result in you being charged 
    • Pets are not allowed in bath/ shower house 
  • Out of respect and for the enjoyment of all guests, Quiet Time is 10PM to 7AM.
  • Please keep fires in designated fire pits only and do not leave fires unattended.
  • Fires may be prohibited during high fire season
  • Completely extinguishing any and all fire’s before retiring for the evening this will ensure safety in a campground.
  • Custer Crossing Family Campground has restrictions on smoking. We appreciate you not smoking in the cabins, mobile home, loft, on enclosed porch, office, and restrooms. Please carefully and properly dispose of cigarette butts. ($500 cleaning fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in cabins, loft or mobile home)
  • NO ONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE CAN POSSESS OR CONSUME ALCOHOL ANYWHERE ON THE CUSTER CROSSING
  • FAMILY CAMPGROUND PROPERTY
  • FIREWORKS & FIREARMS ARE PROHIBITED
  • Please be mindful that we are located in the wilderness and you may encounter wild animals, snakes, insects. Please take appropriate precautions with children, pets, food storage and garbage.
  • Please be sure that ALL Guests are aware of these Rules and Policies.
    Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the campground for non-adherence to these Rules and Policies or for any other reason
  • Guests are welcome to hand pick their site or cabin in advance either on line or calling campground. Site lock is offered at an additional purchase per site reservation ($10.00/site or cabin extra)
  • We do not except cancellations or changes by email. Please call office to make changes or a cancellation.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Custer Crossings Family Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

Guests will be held responsible for their own actions resulting in damage or vandalism to the properity or facilities.

No washing of vehicles or rv's of any kind in park. 

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
