Cancellation Policy

CAMPGROUND CANCELLATION POLICY

To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.  During Special Events the full amount of your stay will be required if the reservation is made within 2 weeks of the event.

Monthly reservations require a $100 deposit. Cancellations for a monthly site require 1 month prior to your arrival date to receive a refund minus the $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the 30 days forfeits the deposit.

Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 386-257-6137 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20.00 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

  • RV Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify us by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.

  • Holidays, Monthlies and special events have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions require 1 month notice prior to your arrival date to receive a refund minus the $20.00 cancellation fee.
  • NOTE: All Reservations for Special Events require payment in full 30 days before arrival date. You understand that if you do not contact us prior to the 30 days before your arrival we will charge the balance due to the credit card on file. All payments are non-refundable at that time.

Special Events include but are not limited to:

Race Week/Daytona 500, Bike Week, Spring Turkey Rod Run, Jeep Beach, Country 500, Coke Zero Sugar 400, Biketoberfest, Turkey Rod Run.

Check In Times are 12:00 pm for all Sites

Check Out Time are 11:00 am for all Sites
