COVID-19 Policy

Safety measures: In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have introduced specific safety measures at DeAnza Springs Resort in an effort to safeguard the health, safety and wellbeing of persons visiting our Resort. A full list of safety measures being taken at our Resort are available below:

·      Frequent sanitation of all association common areas

·      Thorough employee re-training on proper hygiene and best practices

·      Increased frequency of sanitation with EPA-certified cleansers that are CDC-compliant.

·      Increased cleaning of HVAC systems and replacement of filters

·      Enhanced disinfecting of high-touch items within hotel rooms

Visitor requirements: The safety measures put in place in response to the Covid-19 pandemic are there to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of all guests visiting our Resort. It is in the interest of everyone at our Resort to comply with the safety measures that have been put in place. Therefore, should an individual not comply with these safety measures, we reserve the right to require that individual to leave the Resort in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Acceptance of risk: The safety measures that are being and have been introduced are intended to minimize the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus, but this risk cannot be completely eradicated.  Therefore, anyone visiting our Resort acknowledge that they do so at their own risk.

DEANZA SPINGS RESORT GUESTS SHALL HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I represent that I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks and I have not been in direct personal contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks either.  If I do test positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who has, or if my temperature exceeds 100 degrees Fahrenheit and I experience other COVID-19-related symptoms, I agree that I will not seek to enter the resort/community until I am no longer symptomatic for three straight days.  I agree to observe the safety requirements within the resort/community spaces -- including wearing a personal mask when required, occupancy limitations, social distancing and sanitization requirements.
