Refund Policy

In the occasion that DeAnza Springs Resort is necessitated to cancel your Booking, you will be given a full refund, but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation.  We will, however, use reasonable endeavors to try and re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Resort.

Your booking is for a unit in the Resort and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific unit or in the same unit for the duration of your stay. If you have indicated a preference for a particular unit, we will use our reasonable efforts to honor this preference. However, we may need to allocate an alternative unit to you for operational or safety reasons. If we need to move you to a different unit during your booking for which a lower rate is available than the rate you booked at, we will refund you the difference in the rates.

DeAnza Springs Resort refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:

Park Models: If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, less a $25 transaction fee; or Resort Credit in the full amount can be elected. For a reservation cancelled less than 72 prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to DeAnza Springs Resort.

Campsites: If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hour to the arrival date we issue a full refund,; or Resort Credit in the full amount can be elected. For a reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited.

Resort Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the cancelled reservation and can only be applied toward your site or park model rental. For reservations paid with a credit card, cash refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.
