RV Policies

Check In / Check Out

Check in is at 1 PM MST and entitles you to your site until 11 AM the day after check in. The guests who paid for the site the night before you have paid for their site until 11 AM. We will not ask a guest to leave so that you can check in early. If you will be arriving in the area early, please make arrangements until your site opens up at noon. We do not have a waiting area for those checking in early. Check out time is 11 AM. Please let the manager know when leaving. Deer Creek RV Village is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Site Changes

You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move, manager approval will be needed. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. There is also a moving Fee.

Open Fires

No open fires or fire pits allowed in park.

Parking

Please note: the designated parking area for each site is in front of your camper and in front of your site’s concrete pad. Do Not park on the concrete pads. You will be responsible for damage to pads if parked on.  Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.

Site and Park Navigation

Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, and designated public paths to walk around the campground. Sites must be kept clean and presentable.

Washing

Washing RVs or vehicles is permitted. Please be respectful of your neighbors if you do decide to wash your RV or vehicle.

 

Pet Policies

Pet Deposit

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all pets (not per pet) for reservations longer than 30 days. There is a $100.00 refundable deposit required for cleaning up after pets. This deposit will be refunded after site inspection upon move out as long as no pet markings are left behind. This is also only for reservations longer than 30 days.

Leash & Building

We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe. Do not stake them outside your camper. Pets are not allowed in the buildings. County code laws do not allow pets in our building. Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts.

Cleaning Up After Your Pet

Be a good neighbor and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

Leaving Pets Unattended

Pets may not be left unattended in our park unless in an approved kennel. Please do not tie your pet to a tree or stake and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pet’s well-being while you are away.

Barking

Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.

 

Vehicle Policies

Speed Limit

The Park speed limit is 5 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests. We will charge you a speeding fee if you are going over the 5MPH Speed Limit!

Parking

Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 2 vehicles per site unless noted. Please do not park on our grass. Ruts caused in your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges. No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for and do not block our bathroom and laundry room doors. Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV Sites or in tent areas. Do Not Park on concrete pads.

ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts

OHV’s are welcome onsite but must be used on the gravel roads only, must follow speed limits and be properly licensed.

 

General Park Policies

Payments

Monthly Guests: Monthly rate + Electric.  For early departures, charges will be recalculated at the regular rate + tax. (Not to exceed the monthly rate you paid in advance)  There will be no refunds offered for departures after 2 weeks. NO LATE PAYMENTS!! Once rent is 3 days late, your utilities will be disconnected and your unit will be towed to storage at your expense. There will be a $25.00 per week late fee applied to your account until paid in full and the card on file will be charged. 

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $2 fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will incur a 1 nights’ stay fee for the site type reserved.

Water/Sewer Connections

Water and sewer connections must be water tight. The park does have very high water pressure.

DO NOT REMOVE INSULATING BUCKET OR UNPLUG HEAT ROD FROM YOUR WATER SERVICE.

Severe Weather

In case of severe weather, seek shelter in the bathrooms or the laundry room. We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings. Deer Creek RV Park is not responsible for the damage caused from acts of mother nature. Ex. Falling branches, flooding, Ect.

Visitors

Visitors are permitted in the park but may not bring pets. Deer Creek Village RV Campground reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Visitors must depart by 10:00 pm MST. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors follow all campground rules.

Electrical Use

You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in your RV. Surge protectors are highly recommended, Deer Creek RV Park is not responsible for electrical damage. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so. For monthly guests, Meters will be read at the beginning of your reservation and then will be read around the beginning of every month.

Laundry

The laundry room is open 24/7. A change machine is available. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Restrooms

For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please. Guests under the age of 14 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers.

Quiet Time Policies

Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.

Trash Disposal

Dumpsters are located throughout the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. If the first dumpster is full, please find another container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Woodland creatures like squirrels, skunks and racoons are attracted to left out or disposed of food and while we think they are cute and wonderful animals, we don’t want you to find a surprise night visiting racoon at your site because of incorrectly disposed of trash! Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our dumpsters. Dumpsters are emptied throughout the week. Times may vary due to scheduling and weather. Trash left in your site results in a $25 Cleaning Fee.

Children

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests. Anyone under the age of 14 must be back at their site by dusk. Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Drones

Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs.

Clotheslines

Clotheslines are not permitted in our park.

Fireworks and Firearms

Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Repairs

Repairs to RVs and vehicles are permitted in our park. However, site must be picked up and clean every night. We are also happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs. If there are any vehicles not in runnable condition, they must be removed at owners expense. Any spills need to be cleaned up at renters expense.

Wildlife

NO FEEDING OF THE WIDLIFE – Feeding of the wildlife is against Wyoming Game & Fish (WYG&F) Rules/Regulations and is punishable by fine thru the WYG&F Dept.

 

Quiet Enjoyment: Manager reserves the right to evict renters or animals who are continuously disturbing others due to loud noise, annoying activities or uncontrolled barking.

 

Deer Creek Village RV Park is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

 

If you have a spot with trees Deer Creek Village RV Park is NOT responsible for falling limbs, trees, Etc.

 This is an agreement to rent an RV parking space. Neither party is obliged to renew after the expiration of current period paid. By signing this agreement, renter accepts and agrees to all the conditions and remedies set forth herein.
