Cancellation Policy

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand your plans may change. If you need to change your reservation to a different date, please call at least 7 days in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request at no additional charge (subject to availability). Changes less than 7 days advance notice will be subject to our normal cancellation fees.

Cancellations fees are as follows:

Non-Holiday Reservations:

  • Reservations of 1-6 days in duration: Cancellations with at least 3 days advance notice will receive a full refund less a $30 per site processing fee.  Faiure to provide such notice will receive a full refund less a 1 night charge to your credit card on file.
  • Reservations of 7 or more days in duration: Cancellations with at least 3 days advance notice will receive a full refund less a 1 night charge to your credit card on file. Failure to provide such notice will receive a full refund less a 2 night charge to your credit card on file.

Holiday Reservations (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day):

  • Cancellations with 7 or more days advance notice will receive a full refund less 1 night charge to your credit card on file. Failure to provide such advance notice will receive a full refund less a 2 night charge to your credit card on file.

No refunds are given for early departures or "no shows".

Cancellations can be made online, or by calling or emailing Deer Haven RV Park. Cancellations are not complete until you receive a cancellation notice via email. Please call us if you don't receive such notice, 307-326-8746.
