DEPOSIT:
A deposit is required at the time of your reservation and will be charged to your credit card. The remaining balance and related taxes are due at or before check in. By making this reservation, you agree to pay this deposit and any subsequent cancellation charges, if applicable.
For reservations longer than 1 week, we request payment of your balance via cash or check upon arrival (deposit can be paid by credit card).
By providing your travel/cell phone number, you agree to allow Deer Haven RV Park to call you and send text messages related to your reservation. We respect your privacy won't use your cell phone number for any other reason.
Your reservation is for a "type" of site (i.e. River Front, Pull Through, Standard, Smaller) and does not guarantee a specific site unless you choose the site lock feature. You are guaranteed the "type" of site. For example, a reservation for a Premium River Front site will be guaranteed a Premium River Front space, however we reserve the right to make changes to your specific site number (unless you choose the site lock feature) and advance notice may not be provided. Please call if you have any questions!
Please be courteous of your neighbors and refrain from disruptive activities or behaviors. WiFi is provided to our guests; we are not responsible for periodic disruptions or the security of your information used over the WiFi system. Please note that cable TV is not available in the Saratoga area; therefore we cannot provide cable TV service. You agree to follow the Deer Haven RV Park rules; a copy of which can be obtained in the office.
For your safety and the safety of all our guests, please abide by our 5 MPH speed limit. Guests who repeatedly exceed the speed limit may be asked to leave without refund.
We welcome your pets but they must be leashed, never be left unattended, and not be disruptive to others. You agree to clean up after your pets.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times. Children must wear proper life saving equipment near or in the river and be supervised at all times; you are required to provide your own personal floatation devices and assume all risk.
Loaner bikes are available for your enjoyment and use. Helmits must be worn, and can be found in the community game bin. Use of bikes are at your own risk and you agree to assume all risk of injury or loss to person or property.
Deer Haven, LLC dba Deer Haven RV Park, Deer Haven Land, LLC and its Managers/contractors/employees are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to person or property. Deer Haven, LLC dba Deer Haven RV Park, and Deer Haven Land, LLC are not responsible for loss by fire, theft, flood, weather, acts of God, pandemic, falling limbs, trees, electrical surges, property damage, accident or any other cause, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Deer Haven LLC dba Deer Haven RV Park, Deer Haven Land LLC and its contractors or employees from all such liability.
Portable propane fire rings are available for rent and can be used at your site. Daily rental includes portable fire ring and propane. Fire ring can be picked up at the office after 1:00 pm on day of rental and returned before 11:00 am on day of rental return. Operation and use by adults only. Children must be supervised at all times. You agree to return fire ring in same or better condition than when rented. Do not leave fire ring unattended. Turn off fire ring and gas tank when not in use and before return. By renting the fire ring, you agree to assume all risk and indemnify, defend, and hold Deer Haven LLC harmless for any damage, losses and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from use of the fire ring. If you do not agree to these terms, please return fire ring and we will happily refund your money!
