Terms of Service
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date, including the cancellation of part of the stay.
No refunds will be given within 7 days of arrival date, including change of dates.
$5.00 minimum / 5% maximum processing fee will be applied to ALL cancellations.
No refunds due to inclement weather.
Tents:
No tents are permitted in the RV Park.
Check-In:
All customers must check-in at Double G Camp Office before going on site.
Pets:
Pets must be up to date on vaccines and well behaved to enter onto the property.
All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the vehicle or RV.
Pets who disturb the park with excessive barking or noise are not permitted.
It is the pet owners responsibility to clean up after pets.
Doggy bag stations are placed throughout the park for your convenience.
Pet waste bags should be tied and placed inside the dumpster located on the property.
Pets may not be left unattended outside of the RV at any time.
Pets are not permitted in the bathhouse or camp store.
Pet owners are liable for the actions of their pets on Double G Property.
Refusing to follow pet policies could result in removal from the park.
Trash:
Trash is each visitor’s responsibility.
Trash is to be bagged, tied, and placed in the designated dumpster on the property.
Trash may not be left outside of the RV at any time.
Do not put campfire ashes in the dumpster.
Refusing to follow trash policies could result in removal from the park.
Motorized Vehicles:
Golf carts, ATVs and UTVs are NOT permitted.
All vehicles must be street legal.
All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license
Refusal to follow the motorized vehicle policies could result in removal from the park.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks are not permitted on the property.
Firearms are not permitted on the property.
Refusal to follow firework and firearm policies could result in removal from the park.
Check In / Check Out and Quiet Times:
Check In Time: 12:00pm (noon)
Check Out Time: 12:00pm (noon)
Quiet Time: 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
All outdoor electronics must be shut off by 11:00 p.m.
Please be courteous of your neighbors at all times.
No excessive noise at any time (if your neighbors can hear it, it is too loud).
Utilities:
Campground is responsible for utilities (water, electric, sewer, cable TV) to the post only
Children:
Children must be attended at all times.
Riding bicycles in the park is not permitted after dark.
I, “Guest,” “Releasor” or “I” on behalf of myself and the occupants of my camping unit (meaning any physical unit located on Double G property), hereby release and indemnify Double G RV Park (“campground” or “Releasee”), its owners, agents, servants and employees from any liability regarding me or anyone staying in or visiting my camping unit.
I, Guest, understand that the Double G RV Park is private property. I, the Guest, accept camping privileges for myself, occupants of my camping unit, and all visitors to the leased site, with the understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions of Double G RV Park and/or instructions of management. I, Guest, agree to hold the owners and the management harmless and release and indemnify Releasee in case of loss or damage to property, for any reason whatsoever, OR injury, illness, or disease of any kind to me, occupants of my camping unit and my visitors in case of fire, theft, Act of God, or actions of others.
The Guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that the Guest does hereby release Double G RV Park, its officers and employees of all liability for loss of damage to property and injury to guest arising out of guests use of its camping facilities, and agree to indemnify Double G RV Park, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the guest of its camping facilities.
Double G RV Park has the right to photograph guests on our grounds and to use photographs of guests taken on our grounds. Images of you may be used for marketing purposes in print publications, online publications, websites, and social media. No royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to photographic subjects by reason of such use.
I, guest, agree to receive emails from Double G RV Park and understand that I can unsubscribe at any time. I agree to receive text messages from Double G RV Park and understand that standard data rates may apply.
All prices, amenities, and rules are subject to change without notice.
Double G RV Park reserves the right to ask anyone to vacate the premises at any time and without notice.
