Cancellation Policy

We understand that, at times, plans change.  Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Any cancellations greater than 14 days in advance will result in a refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
• Any cancellations less than 14 days in advance will result in a loss of the first night's deposit.  Any additional pre-payment over that will be refunded.
