Terms of Service

Rates are based on 2 adults and their dependent children age 18 & under. 

  • All vehicles must have a parking hang tag.
  • Additional Guests:
    • Day Pass: $5 (valid until 11PM)
    • Over Night: $10 for Adults, Children are free
    • Extra unit is $25/Night/Unit

Non-Holiday Weekends: 2 Night Minimum Stay & 1 Night Down Payment Required

Holiday & Special Event Weekends: 3 night minimum stay & reservation must be paid in full

Must Be 21 Years of Age to Rent a Campsite 

Key Policies:

  • 5 MPH Speed Limit

  • Quiet Time is from 11pm-8am, be respectful of your neighbors

  • Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. All kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when at the pond. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and others in your party. WI Statute 895.525

  • NO carry-in firewood from more than 10 miles away. We have wood for sale by the bundle.

  • Up to two pets are welcome, must be on a leash at all times, unless in dog park. Cean up after them (several pet stations provided) 

This property is privately owned.  You, the 'camper' accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.     

SEX OFFENDER POLICY: It is the policy of the Campground that no individual who is required to register as a sex offender by Wis. Stats. section 301.45 (1g) may be a camper, guest or visitor at the Campground. Campgrounds are permitted to exclude potential guests who are inappropriate for the campground.  

When staying in a rental unit we may charge your credit card on file for excessive cleaning, vandalism, damages or theft.

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

  • Holiday & Special Event Weekends:
    • Cancellations with 30 days or more notice will receive camp credit.
    • Cancellations with 29 days or less notice will not receive a refund.
  • Regular Weekend Reservations:
    • Cancellations with 14 days or more notice will receive camp credit. 
    • Cancellations with 13 days or less will not receive a refund. 
  • Camp Credit is good for one year. Credit is not redeemable online, must call to use credit for future bookings.
  • Requests for a refund, instead of camp credit, will be honored minus a $50 fee. Refunds can not be issued via online cancellation. Please call to request a refund.
