By clicking the " Place Order” button you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. 

In consideration of my use of property and equipment of Plano Six, LLC dba Eagle Canyon Hideaway and with an understanding of the risks and possible hazards involved in the use, thereof; I voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me personally, and/or, to those in my care, custody or control, and/pr, to my property or the property owned by those in my care, custody or control.

Full payment is required at the time of booking your reservation. Your commitment to stay is final.

• If you cancel your reservation 45+ days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund less a 10% fee of the total booking.
• If you cancel 44 – 31 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. 
• If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will forfeit the reservation fee.
• There will be no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or poor weather conditions.
• There will be no refunds if you change or shorten your stay within 30 days of your arrival date.
