Terms and Conditions
Booking reservations, and or staying at or using any facilities at Eagle’s Landing RV Park constitutes acceptance of all of the following Terms and Conditions:
Eagle’s Landing RV Park Management and employees work diligently to present a safe, clean,
attractive camping environment for all. Please help by adhering to the following rules:
· Check in time is 1pm – 9pm (No check ins after 9pm)
· Check out time is Noon
Pet Rules:
· Pets must be always on a leash while outside your RV. Do not leave outside unattended.
· Please use the pet walks and carry a doggy bag to clean up after your pet.
· Outside pens, fences, crates and puppy training pads are not permitted. No exceptions.
· Pets are not allowed in any buildings.
· Pets that are aggressive, excessively noisy or cause damage (including digging) will not be allowed to remain in the park.
General Rules:
• Restrict ALL outside belongings (such as rugs, mats, BBQ grills, potted plants, yard ornaments, satellite equipment etc.) to the gravel pad ONLY, not on the grass. This allows for efficiency in mowing and maintaining the grass. If you prefer, our picnic tables may be on the grass. Arranging our table perpendicular to your RV will allow us to mow under and around the table by pushing it out of the way with the mower.
• Keep your site clean and uncluttered.
• Deposit all trash, including doggy bags, in the dumpster in a timely manner.
• Park your vehicles in front or rear or your RV. Do not park or drive through the awning side of your site.
• Vehicle repairs or maintenance are not allowed.
• Clotheslines are not permitted at your site. However, a clothesline is located directly behind the laundry room.
• Ground fires are not permitted at your site. You are welcome to use the community campfire pit, located to the north of the pavilion. BBQ grills or self-contained campfire receptacles are permitted on your site-on the gravel.
• No appliances outside.
• All RVs are required to have an approved sewer hook-up. Either a sealed “donut” gasket, or a threaded connection into our inlet with a sealed elbow. No “drop in” hoses.
• To comply with local ordinance a backflow preventer has been attached to the water spigot on each site. Please, do not remove it for any reason.
Mail and other packages may be forwarded here. Be sure your full name is included on the label. If any mail or packages arrive for you AFTER your departure, we are required to return to sender. We are not permitted by the post office to forward mail.
• Monthly Guests: No unregistered or infrequently used, vehicles, cargo, utility or boat trailers are allowed on your site. See our office staff for storage availability and rates.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE, Eagle’s Landing RV Park, Inc., (Doing business as: Eagle’s Landing RV Park), its owners and agents (collectively, Eagle’s Landing RV Park Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Eagle’s Landing RV Park property, facilities, amenities, (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.
I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Eagle’s Landing RV Park Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) the may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Eagle’s Landing RV Park Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.
As a courtesy, our employees, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold Eagle’s Landing RV Park, its owners and agents (collectively, “Eagle’s Landing Management”) harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite.
You are personally liable to pay the total amount of your reservation prior, or at check-in. If you fail to pay the total due, you agree that Eagle’s Landing RV Park may charge any remaining balance (in additional to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with your reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.
The Premises are privately owned, and Eagle’s Landing Management RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Eagle’s Landing Management reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, will not be tolerated.
I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Eagle’s Landing Park Rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay.
