Football Season Packages are non-refundable once the package is paid in full

Game Day Weekend Packages: 

• More than 2 weeks -  WRITTEN notice is required and is a 25% cancellation fee
• 2 weeks notice or less - Non refundable

Daily, weekly, and monthly rates - 20% cancellation fee

** BOOKING FEE, LOCK SITE FEE, AND DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ** 

** NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS OR EARLY DEPARTURES **

** WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUND IF LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE **
