Park Policies
Check in: 2pm Check out: 1pm
We are not responsible for your personal items while in the park or if left at the park.
10 MPH Speed Limit is a MUST
Vehicles and trailers are limited. Two cars/one rv per spot and must be approved before parking. Tires must be
aired up and must have current license plate.
If you are here for more than two weeks you must have working bath facilities with no leaks.
No Clotheslines or clothes hanging from fence. Laundry room is for your convenience.
Please bag your trash before putting it into the dumpster. Dumpster provided at entrance.
DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE OF RV. Crush boxes before putting into dumpster.
Your space is yours to keep tidy. We will mow and take care of the grounds. Items stored outside your rv must
be limited and organized.
Add-on’s: Any porch, steps, or ramps must be approved by management prior to installation.
Children: Please keep an eye on children at all times there are some tough terrain areas and steep slopes. Park
is not responsible for accidents.
Dog’s must be on a leash at all times. You MUST clean up after your dogs.
Quite hours: 10pm – 8am Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Smokers please dispose of butts property. Not on the ground.
NO campfires, firearms, or fireworks are permitted in park.
Dispose of ash from cookers properly. Not on the ground.
No washing of vehicles, oil changes or any mechanic work in park.
Monthly guests: Meters will be read on the last day of the month and sent via text to be paid with rent on the
1 st . Late fees assessed on the 4 th of $25 and $5 per day thereafter. Payments made in Tenant Cloud or via
Paypal/Zelle/Venmo (8178222640) or mailed to 8101 Boat Club Rd. Ste. 100 #119 FTW 76179 or put in the
payment box in the office. Payments made out to 180RV, LLC NO CASH ACCEPTED
Mail: Please pick up your mail inside the office in the mail bins provided.
This is a private park and we greatly appreciate you helping us keep it nice for our rv park
family.
