Terms of Service

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue The Eastern Slope Camping Area for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Eastern Slope Camping Area from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that The Eastern Slope Camping Area may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. The Eastern Slope Camping Area reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Check-in times: Campsites 1pm-7pm ONLY, Cabins 3pm-7pm ONLY. 

Check-out time: 11am-no late check-outs.

There will be a $50 charge for keys that are not returned or lost.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 pm through 7:00am.. No voices to be audible outside of your campsite, and no music after 10:00pm. Sound travels easily through the campground. Please help us out by obeying the quiet hours and reporting violations to the office or a staff member immediately. Loud music will not be permitted at any time of the day. Quiet hours apply to dogs too. Please, no barking during quiet hours. Avoid congregating in large groups after 10:00pm. All persons 17 and younger must be on their site by 10:00pm 

Fire Pits: Fires must be completely extinguished by 11:30pm. Fires may be no higher than knee height. No bonfires or large group fires. Do not move the fire ring from where they are placed. Fire pits are for wood only- no trash, bottles, or garbage, please. New Hampshire State Law: Do not bring firewood from another State into New Hampshire. Insects ride on the wood and can infect our forests. Eastern Slope Camping Area management and staff reserve the right to extinguish any fire with water or sand after 11:30pm for the safety of all campers, and the continued enjoyment of our campfire permit. 

Wild Animals: Do not feed the wildlife. Animals may approach if you leave trash or food out overnight. No bird feeders are permitted on the campground.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Must provide proof of current rabies vaccination during your stay.Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, pick up dog waste. You must bring proof of rabies vaccine. The following breed are not permitted: Dobermans, American Pitbull or mix, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweilers or Belgium Sheperds.

Trash/Waste: No disposal of outside trash or bulk items will be permitted to be put in dumpsters. Do not leave trash on your site. Please pick up after yourself. The dumpster location will have set hours moving forward throughout the season. Stay tuned for more details. A self-service dump station is available for black/gray water, and will be open during normal business hours.  A Honey Wagon Service for septic is available by appointment for a $25 fee. There will be NO “on demand” Honey Wagon.  

Vehicles, Parking:   ONLY 2 vehicles per site. All vehicles must display a valid car tag. No parking on empty campsites.  Campers are not permitted to drive ATV’s, scooters or dirt bikes on the campground. ATV, boat and motorcylce trailers are permitted at the campground. Childrens' ride on battery opeated toys or remote control vehicles are not permitted. No driving loud motorcycles during quiet hours. Please respect our 5 MPH speed limit. 

VISITORS- NO VISITORS on Holiday Weekends

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

The Eastern Slope Camping Area or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing however caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
