Cancellation Policy

• NO refunds for early departure.
• Overnight site cancellations made within 48 / 72 hours (Holiday) hours of the reservation start date will be charged one day rental fee.
• Cancellations made before 48 / 72 hours (Holiday) hours of the reservation start date, deposits will be refunded minus a $20.00 cancellation fee.
• Rental Unit cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation start date will be charged one day rental fee.
• Cancellations made before 14 days of the reservation start date will be refunded minus a $20.00 cancellation fee.
• All rates and space assignments are subject to change.
